Ranbir Kapoor's film, Animal is all set for its release today, i.e., on December 1, 2023, and people are going wild. Ahead of the film's screen debut, the team hosted a star-studded premiere in Mumbai. Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor also attended the event and gave their fantastic review of the film. However, a video of Alia has surfaced online, wherein she was seen hugging Rashmika Mandanna, and it has raised many eyebrows.
As Alia Bhatt arrived at the Animal premiere with her mother, Soni Razdan and sister, Shaheen Bhatt, Rashmika Mandanna came to greet her. The Animal actress approached Alia and gave her a warm hug. However, Alia was seen making awkward faces and was apparently cold towards Rashmika. Soon, her video went viral on the internet, and it didn't go down well with the netizens.

Soon, a netizen shared the video on Reddit, and people trolled Alia for being rude towards Rashmika. Reacting to the video, one user penned, "Alia meets people like she’s Kate Middleton and others are there so shake hands with her. She had the same vibe with Kriti." Meanwhile, another netizen wrote, "What's with the awkward hugging??" A third comment can be read as "When you realize that your husband has more chemistry with every other heroine than you!!!"
