Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are one of the much-loved couples in Bollywood. The duo got married in 2007. It was in 2011 when Aishwarya and Abhishek hopped onto the parenthood journey by welcoming their daughter, Aaradhya, into their lives. There's no second thought about the fact that apart from being brilliant actors, Aishwarya and Abhishek are doting parents to their daughter, and the proof can often be found. It's been long since the dispute rumours between Aishwarya and her sasural have been going on. It was even said that Aishwarya and Abhishek are together just for the sake of their daughter. Amid these rumours, let us go back to a time when Abhishek Bachchan opened up about his parenting style and credited his wifey, Aishwarya, for taking good care of their daughter. Earlier, in an interview with Filmfare, Abhishek was asked about his role as a parent. To this, Abhishek mentioned that he doesn't believe in being a tough parent.

The actor also added that he is neither strict nor indulgent with his daughter. Talking more about the same, Abhishek shared that for parents, the most important thing is to be loving and encouraging and provide their kids with emotional support. On the other hand, the kids will learn from their own experiences. Talking more about the same, Abhishek said:
"I don’t believe in being a tough parent. I am neither strict nor indulgent with Aaradhya. I believe you must be loving and encouraging. That is the most important thing parents can do. To provide emotional support and to assure them that they will be loved no matter what. They will learn through experience. Today’s children are extremely intelligent. Aap situation ke anusaar react karte ho."
In the same interview, Abhishek Bachchan was asked whether he took inspiration from his own parents, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan's parenting journey, and tried the same thing with his daughter. To this question, Abhishek gave an adorable reply, which proves how much of a doting and understanding father he is. Abhishek said that each generation is different from the other, so one needs to keep track of the constant change outside and act accordingly. The actor also added that the most significant thing for parents is to instil morals and values in their kids.
In the same interview, Abhishek Bachchan was asked whom he would want to give credit for Aaradhya's good upbringing as she is considered to be one of the most polite youngsters. To this, Abhishek heaped praises on his wifey, Aishwarya, and credited her for taking good care of their daughter. On being asked what piece of advice he would want to give to Aaradhya, the actor gave an adorable reply and said he is teaching his daughter to be a good person, which they have been taught since his childhood. Abhishek mentioned:
"Aishwarya. She is the one who provides our daughter with all of the care while I am away working on films. Aishwarya and I are teaching her how to be a good person. That’s what we were taught when we were kids."

For a long time, rumours about everything not being well between Aishwarya and Abhishek have been making headlines. It was a few days ago when a source told Times Now that Aishwarya and Abhishek have been facing problems in their marital life for a long time, and they are together for the well-being of their daughter. The source also added that Aishwarya moved out of Jalsa, and she lives in a separate place with her husband. As per the same report, Aishwarya is not on cordial terms with her mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan, and they have not exchanged words for years.
