Abhishek Bachchan is one of the most talented actors of his generation in Indian cinema. Son of notable actor parents, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek has carved his own niche in the world of cinema and has mesmerised audiences with his versatility of work. The actor had kickstarted his journey of films with his debut, Refugee in the year 2000, and has been a part of some commendable movies ever since. In his personal life, Abhishek is married to gorgeous diva and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
During his recent interview with Instant Bollywood, for the promotions of his upcoming film, Ghoomer, Abhishek Bachchan opened up about witnessing his mother, Jaya Bachchan making a comeback into films with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and added how he wishes that both his mother and wife, Aishwarya do more films at this stage. In his words:
“One thing I can say to the two ladies in my family is I hope and I pray that do more work because as viewers of cinema, both Aishwarya and mom have already contributed so much. They have so much more to give now. Its such an exciting time.”

In one of his earlier interviews with Zoom Digital, Abhishek was asked about his mother, Jaya Bachchan getting irritated while interacting with the paparazzi, that end up being viral videos in no time. To this, he mentioned that he had not seen them in the first place. Moreover, Abhishek added that contrary to the majority of public perception, his mother in her personal life is really sweet and has a lovely attitude. In his words:
“Contrary to public opinion, my mother is not strict. She’s the one you go running to when you’re hurt as a kid. She’s particular, but my mom… See, for me, my father means what he does to me. In that father-son dynamic, any son will very reluctantly admit that their hero is their father and they want to be like their father. But your mother is ‘maa’, and I’ve always said that the word ‘maa’ encapsulates pure love.”
In the same interview, Abhishek opened up about his baby girl, Aaradhya and spoke about the kind of relationship she shares with both her mommy, Aishwarya and him. He mentioned that although Aaradhya is his buddy, but she would always seek her mommy to be around her when things go wrong.

In one of his promotional interviews with ETimes, Abhishek opened up about that one hidden talent his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has. Well, during a rapid-fire round, Abhishek was asked to name that one co-star with whom he would love to take a selfie. Without any second thoughts, Abhishek took the name of his wifey, and praised her for making him look good in the best selfies that she takes.
