Now, a new finding revealed that Siya Goyal was secretly married to Chetan Chaudhary after getting engaged to Pune-based realtor, Ketan Agarwal.
The fresh twist during the investigation revealed that Siya conspired the whole murder as she was simply not in favour of her marriage with Ketan. Now, Pune Rural Police is looking into the matter and finding if Siya and Chetan secretly married at a local reigstrat's office four months, and if there is a marriage certificate of the two to confirmed the wedding.
If it is true, then Siya Goyal's February 2026 engagement with Ketan Agarwal become invalid. The sources also revealed that two of Siya Goyal's college friends signed the wedding papers as witnesses and they are also being investigated.
Not only this, the techinical teams of the police are also trying to revover the deleted photos from a private Instagram account as it is beleived that it has photos of Siya and Chetan wearing wedding garlands.
Another key point found during the investigation was that Siya and Chetan rushed to kill Ketan as the former's would-be-in-laws were asking for her documents for a destination wedding in Udaipur. Another detail that is being investigated is whether Chetan paid any middleman to skip the mandatory public notice of their secret wedding.
Another detail that has left people wondering about the level of inhumanity was that Siya Goyal briefly studied 2025's grusome murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. He was killed by his own family, Sonam Raghuvanshi, who hired supari killers to kill them with the help of her lover. In both the murders, victims were thrown from a cliff by their partners.
Siya got the idea to kill Ketan after studying the case. The police investigating the matter beleives that Siya made a better plan after studying Sonam's mistake in the matter, mand making it difficult for anyone to know whether it was an accident or murder.
For those who don't know, during the investigation, on July 2, 2026, police took Siya Goyal to her home for the investigation. The police were escorting her when she left her home. She flashed a middle finger at the media stationed outside trying to get hold of her footage. Her face was covered with a printed scarf, and she wore a black-hued T-shirt. This left many believe that Siya had no remorse about the whole situation.
On the other hand, her father claimed that she wasn't doing any obscene gesture but rather her finger got hurt accidentaly by the police van. Siya's mother also revealed that she failed class 12th and then created her own home baking business. She was the only child for whom the family waited for many years and prayed a lot.
