Her first husband, Raja Chaudhary has recently grabbed attention after he made explosive allegations against his ex-wife. He accused Shweta of having affairs with multiple men, including her Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star Cezanne Khan. Amid that, Shweta's response to the accusations came into focus.
Shweta Tiwari has had a hard life raising her children amid hostile environments while subsequently balancing her career. Following her split from her first husband, Raja Chaudhary, he accused Shweta of cheating on him with multiple men, including Cezanne Khan. Recently, in July 2026, he brought up the same allegations during his appearance in Siddharth Kannan's podcast. Amid that, Shweta's strong reaction to the claims resurfaced.
When Shweta was previously accused of having multiple affairs in 2023, she was furious and promptly hit back at the allegations. In an interview with BollywoodLife, Shweta called the romance rumours with Cezanne Khan "nonsense" and shared her disgust at unfounded reports about them. She even revealed having "a lot of issues" with her Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star. Shweta stated:
"I have a lot of issues with Cezanne Khan. People write anything about him and me. Me and Cezanne had an affair? What nonsense! Has anyone ever seen us together anywhere?"
Shweta shared that she had a strained relationship with Cezanne and there was no way she would patch up with him, as the reports and her ex-husband claimed. She threw valid questions asking if anybody could show evidence of her meeting with Cezanne outside of work. Shweta said she was too busy with her shoots to engage in even one affair, let alone multiple. Refuting the rumours with Cezanne, the actress even went on to say, "I hate him" and mentioned:
"I supposedly had affairs with multiple guys! Really? When? Has anyone ever seen me at coffee shops or restaurants? Has anyone ever seen me at parties? I shoot for 30 days a month for KZK. Where in the world do I have the time for an affair? They even say that I recently patched up with him. Why the hell should I patch up with him? I hate him!!"
In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Raja Chaudhary stated that Cezanne Khan had confessed to dating Shweta Tiwari. He also alleged that they had a mutual friend who had also told him that Shweta would stay with Cezanne at his home. Raja further claimed that his ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari, had an affair not just with Cezanne but with many other people. In his words:
"Not with Cezanne Khan but with so many people. She had an affair with each and every person, I feel."
Raja Chaudhary further accused Shweta Tiwari of never admitting to her affair even after he confronted her. He even recalled a phone conversation with Cezanne where the latter allegedly told Raja that he should not ruin his family-like relationship with his co-star. Raja hit back, saying he and Shweta were "family" and that Cezanne had no right to say things like that to him. Cezanne didn't hold back and responded by labelling Raja as Shweta's "unpaid boy." He stated:
"Ab main ye ladai karne baithunga kya tere sath...but she never accepted. She said, 'No, no, we're just good friends.'...[In a phone call] he said this on the phone. I said, 'Why are you doing this? Why are you spoiling this family?' Bola, 'what family? She's never with you. Since day 1, she's with me. You're just her unpaid boy.' He said that. Be happy the way you're."
