The NASCAR world has been mourning the tragic death of legendary racer, Kyle Busch. He passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 41. For those who do not know, Kyle was one of the most respected racers, who had won multiple NASCAR championships. Amid that, a recent report by TMZ reveals that it is his wife, Samantha, who will be inheriting his property.
After nearly a month of Kyle Busch's death, a while ago, TMZ shared details on the legendary racer's property. As per the court documents, a petition was filed, which requested a man named Clifton Homesley to be appointed as the executor of Kyle's estate. For those unaware, an executor is responsible for managing the assets of a person, who has passed away.
The court documents also included a copy of Kyle Busch's will. As per the will, all of Kyle's property will be transferred to his wife, Samantha Busch. The racer's personal belongings including items like his clothing, jewelry and more will be transferred to Samantha. It is also worth mentioning that the court documents did not fully include a breakdown of his estate.
For those who do not know, Kyle Busch tragically passed away at the age of 41 on May 21, 2026. Reports claimed that the veteran racer's cause of death was pneumonia, which eventually turned into a life-threatening condition. Soon after his death, multiple fans showered love on him and paid their heartfelt tributes. Apart from them, some fellow racers also expressed their sadness on the same.
For those who do not know, Kyle and Samantha first met more than 15 years ago and instantly connected. Slowly and gradually, when Kyle started to achieve milestones in his career, his bond with Samantha continued to strengthen. After dating for a while, in 2010, the duo tied the knot. Since then, they have been each other's biggest support systems. However, their married life was full of ups and downs.
If reports are to be believed, Kyle and Samantha faced multiple challenges when they decided to have kids. Over the years, Samantha opened up about her fertility journey and shared her difficulties. Despite facing them, Kyle and Samantha share two kids- a son, Brexton and a daughter, Lennix. Samantha once opened up about Kyle getting 24 stitches and shared:
"I see this little stool. It's, again, it's a foot and a half tall. It's about 18 inches tall. It's all I need. So I put the stool down, and I get up on the stool. And as I'm reaching up with my second arm, the stool explodes. Like, I go from 18 inches off the floor to just, like, a straight poof down to the ground, and I land on my feet. And I'm holding onto the walls like, I'm good. Everything's fine. I'm all right."
A few days ago, Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha took to her Instagram account to share some unseen snaps of her kids with the late racer. Along with it, she penned a heartfelt note, in which she expressed that she is very grateful to all the love she has been receiving by Kyle’s fans and loved ones ever since he passed away. Towards the end of the note, she mentioned that despite the love, her heart is completely shattered. She wrote:
"The prayers, messages, flowers, meals, hugs, and countless acts of kindness have carried us through the most heartbreaking days of our lives. While our hearts are absolutely shattered, we have felt God's presence and arms wrapped tightly around us through every one of you."
