'Rahul Aronoday Banerjee Was Alive..' There Was No Doctor Who Helped Him As Per Production Team

Famous Bengali actor, Rahul Aronoday Banerjee's death has raised a lot of speculations and questions. Now, prodcution team has released the first statement on the matter.

The sudden death of the famous Bengali actor Rahul Aronoday Banerjee has left many in shock. It was no age to die, that too, while shooting for a sequence of his show, Bhole Baba Par Karege. There have been claims and reports that state Rahul passed away on the spot, and was brought dead to the hospital. Now, the makers shared details about the incident.

Rahul Aronoday Banerjee's makers reveal he was alive and was conscious 

The production team released a statement days after Rahul's passing. They expressed their sadness at the untimely demise of Rahul, and called it an irreparable loss for everyone associated with the project. It is worth mentioning that the statement came at a time when Rahul's close ones are asking questions about his passing. The production house said:

"We are deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Rahul Banerjee. This is an irreparable loss for everyone associated with the project."

Clarifying reports, the makers stated that Rahul was rescued immediately and was alive after the drowning incident. He was conscious and even tried to communicate. However, when they had taken him to a nearby clinic for medical care, there was no doctor available to treat him at the facility. The statement revealed:

"He was conscious when he was brought out of the water and even tried to communicate. Despite our immediate efforts to get him medical attention, there was no doctor present at the first medical centre we reached."

The production team revealed that the delay in getting the right treatment forced them to shift Rahul to Digha State General Hospital. But on arrival, he was unfortunately declared dead. Hinting that there was no foul play, but a lack of immediate medical care that took Rahul's life.

Rahul Arunoday Banerjee's death raises concern due to misleading statements

Rahul passed away at around 5:30 p.m. on March 29, 2026. As per reports, he was shooting for a sequence with his co-actress, Sweta Mishra, in the water near Talsari beach. As per reports, the water was knee-deep, and they were dancing for a shot. However, at the same time, they both fell into a ditch. However, Sweta was able to come out while Rahul did not, and he succumbed to death. After this, he was taken out of the water and was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.

In an interview with ANI, SP Balasore shared that Talsari police found out about the accident from Digha police that a Bengali actor's body was rushed to Digha Medical. After this, a verification and investigation were started by the two police teams. The SP confirmed that Rahul and Sweta fell into a ditch while shooting for a scene in the deep waters. He also highlighted a serious question that the production team had not taken permission to shoot the sequence at the beach. They didn't even mention the shoot. Now, both regions' police teams are working together to opt for legal action.

The famous filmmaker, Subhrajit Mitra, also pointed out that there were differences in the statements around the death of Rahul Arunoday Banerjee and what followed on the fateful evening. He mentioned that the production team needs to come out and tell what exactly happened. He said:

"There are differences in statements. There are some grey areas that need to be focused on and the truth needs to come out. The production team needs to come clean about what actually happened."
