'Ishqbaaz' Fame Nitika Mukherjee Welcomes Her First Child, Newbie Mommy Shares Her Feelings

Despite many celeb relationships and celeb wedding announcements, what excites netizens the most is the arrival of the little munchkins in their favourite celeb couple’s lives. Giving a perfect start to this week is the happy news from the over-possessive Pinky Aunty in Ishqbaaaz i.e. Nitika Anand Mukherjee. Now as per a report in India Forums, Nitika and Indrajit were blessed with a little angel, their baby girl on July 16, 2018. The baby was born through caesarean delivery. In a statement to India Forums, Nitika was quoted as saying, “Our beautiful baby girl was born on the 16th of this month. I just came back home two days back as I’d undergone a C-Section. I am very jittery and excited and enjoying every bit of this motherhood experience. Luckily for me, my baby is very calm.”

We also got our hands on a cute announcement image, on which the date is mentioned and further written, “Our bundle of joy has arrived! (the FIFA World Cup actually begins for us now…) After a long wait of 9 months, we welcome our baby GIRL. Proud grand mommys, Champa and Rama. According to the reports, Nitika and Indrajit are still figuring out a name for their baby girl and will apparently host a small ceremony to introduce their daughter to the world. When Nitika was in her third trimester, the reports then started doing the rounds that the couple is expecting their first child. Nitika confirmed the news to India Forums and shared, "Yes, I am taking a break from the show as I am in my last trimester."

Nakuul Mehta, Nitika’s reel son on the show Ishqbaaz, shared an Insta story to bid a 'temporary' adieu to his on-screen mother. Speaking about her pregnancy and the journey, the elated mommy-to-be stated to the ABP News, “I am very nervous but i will say this. I am embracing motherhood. I am expecting a little baby 2-3 months later.
