The news is all over the internet after a TikTok comedian named Jay Guapo shared a video of the two. The video is all over the internet after people found out that the man in the video was married, and he was caught in the act near his luxurious USD 2.3 million apartment, which he shares with his wife.
The man in the video a 45-year-old lawyer, Nathaniel D Cullerton. He was filmed kissing his much younger co-worker, Kelsey Borenzweig, who is 29 years old. The video went instantly viral, and later the Daily Mail tracked down the lovers only to find that it was a case of an extramarital affair.
It is worth adding that the 45-year-old lawyer is a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. They both work in its litigation department and were even part of Sam Altman's team that defeated Elon Musk in the civil lawsuit.
In the clip, the man was clad in a pale blue suit with a tan Oxford shirt. He was all in on the woman he kissed while sitting in the park. He gave a big smile when he faced the TikToker holding the camera, but as soon as Guapo asked them to get a room, the smile vanished.
The woman looked pretty in beige pants and a brown-patterned bolero jacket. It was a chance encounter, which the TikToker thought of filming to mock their PDA. The woman in question was also in a relationship with a fellow lawyer, but it ended a few months ago.
As soon as the video surfaced on the internet, netizens expressed their shock. One user wrote, "Need an update on his company firing him and his wife divorcing him." Another user commented, "Saving this because I know a scandal is coming." A third user penned, "He’s visualizing all the possible outcomes of this situation in his head, and none of them is good."
A fourth one penned, "Bruh she said put the phone down n u started literally moving the phone down n down." Another user wrote, "I find it disturbing that so many people in the comments think this is acceptable. Regardless of whether the man was cheating or not, it is completely inappropriate for a random person to film a couple without their consent and then post the footage on social media. That kind of behavior is invasive, disrespectful, and should not be normalized."
For the unversed, top law firms strongly discourage romances between superiors and subordinates. In fact, workers are warned that they must refrain from making any romantic relationships with co-workers to human resources. It is worth adding that it is not clear when their romance started or whether the HR of the company knows about them or not. Talking about Nathaniel D Cullerton's personal life, he got married to his wife, Penza, in February 2016. She is also a partner at a top law firm, Wilkinson Stekloff.
