In the latest episode of Love Island USA Season 8, Bryce Alakai Dettlof was questioned about his face by Trinity Tatum. He was asked if he had an ugly face in the past. Bryce responded by saying that the situation was very different, revealing that he looked like a girl in the past.
Bryce claimed that girls were attracted to him, and he started sharing an incident that happened during his childhood. Bryce said that when he was in school in the 7th grade, there was a girl senior to him, who was also the “hottest girl” in the entire school. Bryce revealed that there was a particular moment when the girl had once approached him, as he said:
“She came up to me and told me I was the cutest guy ever. All the guys hated me and started bullying me for it. All the guys used to bully me because they thought I was better looking.”
Bryce Alakai Dettlof is currently a resident of Los Angeles, California, and he was born in Hawaii. Notably, he has been active as a DJ and model for a long time. But he has additionally pursued a career in construction. He has also worked as a handyman and waiter in the past. Apart from that, Bryce said before his arrival on Love Island USA Season 8 that he can do electrical work on garbage trucks.
Bryce has been a DJ at a place called Insomniac in Mesa. He has a few projects to his credit as an actor. This includes a film, Alabama Rose, released in 2022. He portrayed a minor role in The Other Two in 2019, appearing in an episode. Furthermore, he has been featured in four episodes of another show, The Third Eye: Major Arcana.
