In 2025, Kourtney clarified that she stopped getting Botox four years ago, and she was not going to get it again in the future. During an episode of their show, The Kardashians, the 47-year-old Kardashian sister shared that it has been years since she got the popular injectable to look young.
Kourtney stated that the reason is to keep her third eye open. For the unversed, there are seven main chakras in the human body, and the third eye is considered one of the important ones, as it is linked with meditation and intuition. The third eye chakra is in the middle of the forehead.
After hearing Kourtney's statement, her younger sister Kim asked her why she was looking at her when she was saying it. Kourtney denied getting Botox ever again, as it helps her intuition. In 2021, Kourtney blasted an Instagram user who falsely accused her of getting Botox, a nose job, and a Brazilian butt lift. It happened when Kourtney shared a swimsuit photo with her sisters Kim and Khloe.
The users quickly shared their opinions in the comment section of the post. They claimed that Kourtney underwent plenty of surgery but kept her look extremely natural and in a way that complemented her features. They accused her of getting Botox, a nose job, and some sort of butt lift.
Kourtney quickly slammed and wrote, "No better compliment than a too-good-to-be-true kind of compliment, butt shot and Brazilian butt lift, um, thanks. You were just getting started." However, the users clarified that they weren't bashing Kourtney; they were just pointing out that Hollywood is rarely natural and that people shouldn't compare their bodies to any Kardashian sister.
It is worth mentioning that Kourtney got a breast augmentation when she was just 22 years old. However, she now regrets getting her boobs done. She regretted the process as she looked way cuter before getting her breast surgery. She realized much later that she was made to look a certain way and wants to remove them.
In the new season of the reality show, The Kardashians, Kourtney revealed that she has maintained a distance from her other sisters, and it has nothing to do with her husband, Travis Barker. During a conversation with her friend, Simon Huck, Kourtney shared that she heard her husband was being held as the reason behind her distance from the family. She joked that they thought he had kidnapped her.
Kourtney clarified that she set the limits in her relationships. She explained that she is the one setting personal boundaries in her relationship with her relatives and not her husband. She claimed that Travis is an introvert and doesn't want to be the center of the Kardashians' lives. It is what makes him unique, as he wanted to be with her and not run after her name and fame.
Kourtney also shared that she cannot find common ground with her sisters and often feels misunderstood by them. However, she is trying to work through these issues with a psychotherapist.
