The actress, in her interview with Vogue, revealed that she gets baby Botox whenever her face looks saggier. However, over the years, there has been a lot of buzz about Jennifer's completely unrecognizable face and that the actress has definitely altered some features.
Jennifer Lawrence has often dismissed gossip about altering her facial features and has highlighted the use of a skincare routine to achieve a younger-looking face. In a conversation published in Interview, Jennifer chats candidly with Kylie Jenner and opens up about the magic of makeup.
In the conversation, Jennifer spoke about transforming her looks with sheer makeup. She also spoke about how learning to harness makeup has changed her overall personality. The Hunger Games actress also shared that people were convinced that she had eye surgery and stated:
“It’s incredible what makeup can do because I work with Hung Vanngo, who overlines the lip, and I call him a plastic surgeon because everybody in the last few months—since I’ve been working with him—is convinced that I’ve had eye surgery. I didn’t have eye surgery. I’m just doing makeup.”
In the same conversation, Jennifer Lawrence also pointed out the constant comparisons she gets with her younger self. Voicing her concerns to Jenner, Lawrence said that as she grew, she lost her baby fat, which automatically changed her face. Elaborating about her naturally changed face, she said:
“I have the same thing. I started at 19, so I get the before and after pictures from when [I was] 19 to 30. I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m aging. Everybody thought I had a nose job… I’ve had the exact same nose.”
Jennifer Lawrence recently spoke about her beauty regimen and revealed how she hates getting her hair colored. She also revealed that she believes in multitasking and would love to complete her beauty routine alongside her other work. The actress also swears by using retinol (tretinoin cream) alongside diaper rash ointment Desitin for flawless skin.
Speaking to Vogue, Jennifer revealed her wish to have Buccal fat removed, but she also voiced her apprehension about it, as everyone would find out. Speaking about the same, the gorgeous actress said:
“I need to have movement in my face — I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot. If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty. I’m really nervous about these fat transfers. I support other people doing them because I want to keep watching and see what happens, but I don’t know about that. I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that.”
