Earlier, on May 26, 2026, Divyanka and her husband, Vivek Dahiya, announced the arrival of their twin boys through a cutesy post on Instagram. Now, 5 months after their babies’ arrival post, the couple revealed their names. Until now, they had been fondly referring to their little ones as T1 and T2.

Making the announcement special, the couple organised a fun-filled clue-hunting game for their family, turning the name reveal into an exciting surprise. Divyanka revealed that T1 has been named Daivik and T2 has been named Vaidvik.
The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress also opened up about the thought and meaning behind the names of their twin boys. Explaining why they chose to name T1 Daivik, Divyanka revealed that the baby boy has a strong personality, much like his father, Vivek. Recalling how Daivik would firmly hold their fingers as an infant, the actress said:
"Shuru se ek to strength usme jyada thi."
Divyanka added that T1 also shares certain physical similarities with her. On the other hand, the couple chose to name T2 Vaidvik, as, according to Divyanka, the baby boy is comparatively weaker. Explaining the meaning behind the name, the actress said that 'Vaid' means healer, while 'Dvik' signifies double. Explaining it further, Divyanka said it means someone who can heal himself at twice the pace. She said:
"Jo double gati pe khud ko heal kare."
The couple embraced parenthood nearly a decade after tying the knot in July 2016. They announced their pregnancy on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Gudi Padwa, through a heartfelt Instagram post, revealing that they were expecting their first child. On May 26, 2026, the duo announced the arrival of their twin baby boys with a joint post. In their post, Divyanka and Vivek shared that they were blessed with twin boys. They captioned the post as:
"The wait is finally over… 'The Boys' are here and life already feels more beautiful than we ever imagined. Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye! Need all your love and blessings as Div and I begin this incredible new chapter of parenthood."

Vivek stated that postpartum depression is very real. He explained that mothers go through several hormonal and physical changes after giving birth. He shared that one of the biggest challenges that moms go through is coming to terms with the changes in their bodies. He added that his wife, Divyanka, also lost her core strength after giving birth to twins. He revealed that earlier, his wife used to work out a lot. However, things changed after she became a mom. The changes were all because of postpartum depression.
Vivek mentioned that the postpartum recovery phase is very uncertain and also pointed out how motherhood changes a woman. He explained that after a woman embraces motherhood, everything around her is about her newborn baby. He stated that a lot of things change around a woman after she embraces motherhood.
