Devanne Villarreal, who is best known as the wife of NFL player, Davante Adams, was reportedly born in January 1993, in California. She grew up in a Mexican-American family. Devanne grew up with siblings. Reportedly, Devanne attended Everett Alvarez High School in California before going to Fresno State University. It was in her college years that she met her now-husband, Davante Adams for the first time.
During her college years, Devanne discovered her passion for aesthetics, skincare, and beauty. Later, she earned a license as an esthetician and skincare professional. According to a report by Essentially Sports, Devanne Villarreal offers services such as waxing, facials, skincare treatments and maintenance. Apart from this, she also has a strong social media presence, which helps her connect with her clients.
Davante Adams and Devanne Villarreal first crossed paths in 2012 as students in the college, Fresno State University. At that time, Davante used to play for Bulldogs from 2011 to 2013, before entering the NFL Draft in 2014, when the Green Bay Packers selected him. On the other hand, Devanne was focused on making her career. After meeting in 2012, the two soon became friends and eventually fell in love.
Eventually, Davante Adams started gaining fame as a promising NFL player. Despite the fame, Devanne remained Davante's pillar of strength. She supported him through all the ups and downs. However, things changed in 2017, when Davante and Devanne were on a trip to the Bahamas. During the same, the NFL star proposed to his ladylove on the beach. After a heartwarming and breathtaking proposal at the Bahamas, Davante Adams and Devanne Villarreal tied the knot on June 2, 2018, at the scenic Pebble Beach in Monterey County, California. Their wedding was attended by only their family and close ones. Since then, the two have welcomed three children.
A year later, in September 2019, the madly-in-love couple welcomed their first daughter, Daija Leigh Adams, followed by their second angel, Dezi Lynn Adams, in April 2022. Recently, in 2024, the couple embraced parenthood for the third time with the arrival of their son, Drayson James Adams. For the unversed, they lovingly call him "Papa Boy".
A few days before welcoming Dezi Lynn Adams in 2022, NFL player, Davante Adams had an interview with Mirin Fader from The Ringer. During the same, he opened up about being a father to a little angel. He revealed that his daughter is his biggest fear as he can’t imagine being away from her. He was quoted as saying:
"My only fear in life is being away from my daughter. Not being able to have my daughter in my life. I just think about the fact that I kinda have a lot of fears based off of it. All pertaining to her. How much I care, and just value her life."
