It was in the 70s when Rishi Kapoor had broken the hearts of millions of girls when he did Khullam Khulla Pyaar Ka Izhaar with his ladylove, Neetu Singh and they had together embarked the journey of love Jab Tak Hai Jaan. After dating for over 5 years, Neetu ji and Rishi ji had tied the nuptial knot in 1980 and are blessed with two children, Riddhima Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. And on July 8, 2019, Neetu Kapoor turns a year older and her beautiful daughter had taken to Instagram to wish the birthday girl.
With a ‘beautiful’ picture of her ‘gorgeous mom’, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni wrote a heartfelt birthday message which could be read as, “Here’s wishing the strongest, most beautiful person in and out - The backbone of our family the BEST birthday ever!!! Riddhima also dug through her family album and posted some unseen glimpses of the awesome-foursome in one frame, in her Insta stories.
Neetu Kapoor’s probable soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Alia Bhatt too, posted an all smiles picture with her on Instagram and wrote a lovely wish for her. Alia, in her Insta story, wrote, “Happy happy birthday to the most beautiful soul @neetu54!! May you have the best day full of love, laughter and CAKE. Sending you the biggest & tightest hug possible.”
Alia Bhatt seems to have become an inseparable member of the Kapoor clan, courtesy her relationship with the Kapoor khandaan ka chiraag, Ranbir Kapoor. Alia and Ranbir’s relationship has grown stronger with each passing day, so much so that they are often seen spending time with each other’s families. Apart from them, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan were also spotted at the family get-together. Sharing the pictures, Neetu ji had written, “Your family is your whole world. So so many LOVES in these beautiful moments.” Her ‘soon-to-be’ samdhan, Soni Razdan had commented, “All looking so well and happy.”
Speaking about Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s New York vacation, every opportunity that this duo culls out from their busy schedule makes them visit his recovering father, Rishi Kapoor. It was on New Year 2019 when we got a glimpse of how deeply Alia is adored in the Kapoor family. Sharing a couple of pictures which had Alia posing with the Kapoor family and hinting for the first time that Rishi Kapoor is suffering from cancer, Neetu Kapoor had written, “Happy 2019 no resolutions only wishes this year!!! Less pollution traffic!! Hope in future cancer is only a zodiac sign!!! No hatred less poverty loads of love togetherness happiness n most imp. Good health.”
Sometime back, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted heading out from a meeting, which was held at the office of TPA (Talati and Panthaky associated designers, which is a design and consultancy firm specialising in architecture, interior design and construction administration). While Ranbir and Alia’s fans wondered if the lovebirds are house hunting to move in together, the latter had clarified to Bollywood Hungama, “Nothing of the sort. It is a place I’ve bought as my office space. Yes, I’ve started my own production house. I’ve named it Eternal Sunshine Productions. Do you like it?”
Later, gossip mill’s tittle-tattle had suggested that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s move-in decision will have to wait a little longer as the latter has been planning to move back to his parents’ house, once his father, Rishi Kapoor return from the US. Reportedly, Rishi ji’s illness had brought the father-son duo closer and Ranbir wants to spend as much time with his parents as possible. But then came the news which made us wish for a mother-in-law just like Neetu Kapoor.
