American rock climber, Alex Honnold, has hogged the limelight lately. This time it is not because he has climbed a mountain or a cliff. It is because Alex has climbed the Taipei 101 skyscraper that also without any rope or harness. For the unversed, the Taipei 101 is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the entire world. Now, Alex, a while back, shared an unseen video where his live climbing of the Taipei 101 skyscraper was broadcast.

According to a report by the CNN, Alex since a decade wanted to climb the skyscraper. A while back, the ace rock-climbing legend took to his Instagram Stories to share an unseen video of himself climbing Taipei 101, located in Taiwan. The clip will give you cold feet, and as seen, the live broadcasters were showcasing the same. Alex reshared the video, which was posted by Shanjean Lee. He captioned it as:

"The climbing was fun."

For the unversed, Alex took up one of the most dangerous climbs of his life. Before sharing the unseen video of climbing the Taipei 101, Alex posted a cute story with his wife, Sanni McCandless. She stood by patiently watching her husband do the most dangerous climb of his life. Alex had re-shared a sweet story, which was first posted by his wife, Sanni, where both of them were twinning in blue. She had worn a blue cardigan while Alex had worn a blue jacket. He was seen hugging her from the back, and in the caption, Sanni mentioned:

"Sometimes we accidentally twin."

Alex Honnold revealed what he felt before the climb

Alex Honnold is known for his free solo climbing. One mistake could have proven fatal for him, and this time the risk was higher. This was because Alex climbed one of the tallest buildings on Earth. Before the event was streamed live on Netflix, Alex, in an interview with the OTT giant earlier, revealed that he was sure his viewers would be on edge watching the whole thing. In his words:

"But I hope that viewers get a little bit of my joy from the experience, that they can appreciate the fun of it and the beauty of it, the scenery, just the whole experience."

Alex's wife, Sanni, in an interview with Netflix, reacted to his free solo climb of a 101-storey building. She revealed that her husband, Alex, is psyched that she is blessed with two daughters. Sanni, revealed that her husband has great energy and he does what he loves. Sanni was seen laughing, waving to him when Alex scaled the structure. For the uninitiated, Taipei 101 in Taiwan stands at 1,667 feet. Sanni further revealed that she was trying to stay calm and be in the moment.
