Bollywood actress, Katrina Kaif is well known for her elegant looks and unparalleled beauty. However, not many know that the road to fame and success was not an easy one for the actress, as she had her fair share of struggles. Coming from a foreign land, Kat became a prominent personality in the Hindi film industry, courtesy of her hard work and confidence. But before stepping into her acting career, Katrina was a part of the modelling world, which was also a tough ride for her.
Recently, we got hold of an unseen video of Katrina Kaif from one of the events, wherein the actress gave a motivational speech. In the video, Katrina revealed that she came to Mumbai to become a model, and acting was not in the cards for her. She recalled her early days in modelling and revealed how she was not deemed suitable for the same. Yes, you read that right! Katrina Kaif, who is looked upon as one of the sexiest actresses in Bollywood right now, struggled due to her bad posture and curvaceous body in her early modelling days.

Katrina Kaif has been the showstopper for many renowned fashion designers in the business, and it is quite unbelievable that she faced multiple rejections initially. In the old interview, the actress revealed that in the fashion industry, the success of a model was determined by the number of outfits on their racks. When Katrina started off as a model, she initially used to wonder why other models were assigned multiple dresses for the ramp, she had only one outfit on her hanger.
However, when Katrina asked about this from her event manager, the latter told her that she had two drawbacks, so the designers didn't want to sign her. The person told Katrina that her body was too curvy body and too big to make her a successful model and further mentioned that she did not stand straight. But Katrina didn't let it impact her and the challenges did not deter her from trying hard in the fashion world, and she eventually went on to succeed.

Katrina Kaif also shared that earlier she used to think that achieving a certain level of success was enough for her, but after entering into the film industry, she realised the cut-throat competition. Talking about the same, she shared that if she would sit back and relax, someone will take her place, and hence she needs to continue working hard. The actress also added that one needs to stay grounded and always remember where they started from no matter how much they achieve in life. Revealing her mantra, Katrina said that she wakes up every morning saying tomorrow is another day, and everything is good.
