Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia are one of the most-buzzed-about couples in Tinseltown. The duo has been painting the town red with their special anecdotes and mushy camaraderie with one another, which simply sets goals. For the unversed, the duo happened to cross paths during the shooting of their film, Lust Stories 2. However, the rumours about their relationship only started when a leaked clip of them sharing a passionate kiss at a New Year party in December 2022. And now, the duo recently were spotted returning back to the city, as they came back from a secret vacation from Maldives.
Recently, on August 31, 2023, Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia were spotted at the Mumbai airport, as they returned from their secret vacation in Maldives. While the duo did not make an appearance jointly, however it was reported that the duo spent some quality time in Maldives. For his OOTD, Vijay looked handsome in a white embroidered shirt, teamed with grey pants. However, what caught everyone’s attention that the actor appeared to be visibly irritated as one of the paps asked him, “Maldives ke samandar ke mazze le ke aaye ho”. Responding to the same, Vijay warned the paparazzi and said:
“Iss tarah ki baat nahi kar sakte.”

In a previous interaction with the Indian Express, Vijay Varma tagged the phase of his relationship with Tamannaah Bhatia a humbling one. Moreover, he expressed that he hasn’t been quite used to the excessive amount of attention that he has received due to his relationship status. He had said:
“First of all, it’s news to me that we are one of the most sought-after couples. It’s very humbling and very nice, but I wasn’t used to it when it first happened. I was very used to roaming around on my own. We go out together and we tend to get a lot of attention… I am not particularly comfortable but I am just trying to get used to it."
It was on July 31, 2023, when Vijay and Tamannaah were spotted having taken out time to spend with one another on a dinner date. The duo walked hand-in-hand towards a restaurant. While Tamannaah looked effortless in a white T-shirt teamed with a pair of black baggy pants, Vijay, on the other hand, donned a casual look in a printed sweatshirt along with a pair of denims.

In another of his earlier interviews with the GQ magazine, Vijay cleared the air whether he and Tamannaah were just faking their relationship, and it was all part of some publicity stunt. Dismissing it all, Vijay had mentioned:
“I think it’s fairly understood now that we are dating each other. I am happy and madly in love with her. I call this my I’ve ended my villain era and gotten into the romance era phase of life.”
