The just-engaged couple, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are all set to enter marital bliss. For the unversed, it was on the set of their Telugu film, Mister, when the duo met for the first time and instantly fell for each other. However, the duo remained tight-lipped until June 2023, when they got engaged in a surreal ceremony amidst the presence of their close ones, including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Upasana Kamineni Konidela and many others. Since then, Varun and Lavanya's fans have been waiting with bated breaths for the couple to announce their wedding date.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are all set to tie the knot in November 2023. A source close to the couple revealed that the actor is busy with his upcoming Telegu film, Gaandeevadhari Arjuna, which is set to hit the theatres on August 25, 2023. And as soon as the promotions will get over, he will start gearing up with the preparations for his wedding. The source can be heard revealing:
"The wedding date is set and the preparations have begun in full swing to make it a memorable event for the Konidela-Allu family. Europe's Summer end is the best time of the year to host a wedding; hence, they will take nuptial vows in November in Italy. Varun is busy with the release of Gandeevadhari Arjuna...After that, he will gear up and will actively be involved in the preparations for his wedding with Lavanya in November."

The report further claimed that Varun and Lavanya thought of keeping their wedding an intimate affair in the surreal location of Italy. Thus, the duo's entire family is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the best arrangements for the wedding. From their wedding preparations and shopping to outfit trials, everything will be closely supervised by both the actors and their families in some time.
On June 13, 2023, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi took to their respective Instagram handles and shared an adorable picture in a collaborative post. In the priceless picture, the lovebirds were clicked candidly while they walked hand-in-hand on the street of a foreign location. The duo shelled out some major couple goals as they twinned in black and white ensembles. Varun looked dapper in a white shirt paired with black pants. On the other hand, Lavanya looked stylish in a matching-hued outfit, which included a black criss-cross, halter neck top and a printed skirt. She completed her look with minimal makeup, open tresses and black heels. Sharing the picture, Varun penned a small note and thanked his fans for showering them with love and blessings.

Ahead of this, on June 9, 2023, Varun had taken to his IG handle and dropped the first-ever pictures from his engagement with Lavanya. For their special day, the much-in-love couple opted for traditional attires. While Varun looked dapper in an ivory-hued embroidered kurta pyjama, Lavanya stole the hearts with her bridal glow. The bride-to-be donned a light green-coloured silk saree with golden floral prints and sleek embellished borders. She teamed her saree with a matching blouse, statement jewellery, subtle makeup, and a gajra-adorned bun. In one of the pictures, Lavanya and Varun also flaunted their huge engagement rings.
