Coming to his personal life, he had tied the knot with one of the most successful women entrepreneurs, Upasana Kamineni on December 11, 2011, in Hyderabad. Since then, the duo often tease their fans with glimpses from their lives and we can't stop gushing over their chemistry.
Upasana Kamineni is the kind of person, who knows how to give value to every minute thing in her life. On December 29, 2021, Upasana had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared some pictures from her sister, Anushpala's pre-wedding functions. She had looked gorgeous in a white lehenga paired with a yellow floral-printed blouse in the pictures. Sharing the pictures, she had revealed that it was her 9-year-old lehenga, and designer, Anamika Khanna had helped her recreate the look. Her caption could be read as:
"I take so much pride in repeating and preserving clothes. I believe quality shopping is better for the planet than quantity. Clothes that have emotions attached are priceless. Thank u @anamikakhanna.in for recreating my Poshama Panduga outfit for Anush's in Domakonda 9 years later."

On May 5, 2022, Upsana Kamineni took to her Instagram handle and shared a throwback picture of herself. In the picture, she was wearing a half-and-half shaded dress paired with a fur hoodie. She completed her look with minimal makeup, a pair of silver earrings, an open hairdo and a black sling bag. Sharing the picture, she mentioned her longing to go on a vacation and wrote:
"The Vacay mode will have to wait! For now, it’s hard work in the heat! #throwbackthursday."
Upasana's half-and-half coloured maxi dress was from the brand, Diane Von Furstenberg. The Odeon Chevron maxi dress featured a high collared round neck, full sleeves and a belt made up of the same fabric was attached near the waist. The price of the unique looking dress was reportedly Rs. 55,793.

Along with being a fashion buff, Upasana Kamineni is also a complete family woman. On March 13, 2022, Upsana had taken to her IG handle and had shared a picture of herself decked up in traditional attire. In the picture, Upasana was seen wearing a multi-coloured lehenga adorned with heavily embellished designs. Along with it, she had opted for a black coloured top with ruffled sleeves and a unique neckpiece adorned with diamonds and stones. Along with the picture, she had asked her fans one question "Guess who took the pic!" And soon her fans had started answering, and later she had ticked marked the right answer and had posted on her another story. The answer read as "Megastar Chiranjeevi garu". Along with the answer, Upsana had written a sweet caption for her father-in-law, Chiranjeevi, which can be read as:
"Sweetest father in law."
