One can only imagine the mirth and enthusiasm of a wedding where two high school sweethearts are tying themselves in a lifetime bond of togetherness. Bianca Zaveri and Devkrsna Sagar have known each other for fifteen years, and their marriage was a long-awaited ceremony for their families and friends. So, it was only fitting that their union had to be one-of-a-kind and reflect their journey from high school sweethearts to a married couple.
Bianca Zaveri and Devkrsna Sagar are jewellery designers who hail from families in the jewellery business for years. So naturally, they donned some of the rarest stones that have been preserved and collected by their parents for years. The couple had a vision of having a wedding that should be about celebrating love with high fashion, and they had exactly that for their matrimony.

Bianca Zaveri and Devkrsna Sagar checked out several destination wedding sites in countries like Switzerland, Bodrum, Phuket and Maldives before settling on their homeland, Rajasthan. They opted for the Suryagarh fortress property, Jaisalmer. The couple held joint ceremonies and jointly conducted all their wedding festivities. Talking to Vogue about her vision for the wedding festivities, Bianca added:
"We wanted to create truly unique themes for each event. Meticulous attention was paid to the wedding's music, dress code and out-of-the-box vibe. It had to be unexpected. Since Dev and I have the same circle of friends, and our families have known each other for a long time, we wanted a common baraat for the bride and groom's guests."
After their wedding, the couple wanted a unique reception that could showcase their journey and love. They organised a 'burning man' music festival theme reception, titled 'Lucid Dreams'. The reception had all the elements of a music festival, like a face paint bar, DJ night and an open dancing floor.

Bianca Zaveri wanted her wedding looks to be the talk of the town, and she definitely served us with some of the best outfit ideas. Zaveri had fashion designer, Falguni Shane Peacock make her embellished red gown for the holy vows. For the music festival, Lebanese designer, Maison Geyanna Youness hand-made her embellished flared pants and bandeau crop top with feather details.
As for Dev, he wore a Travis Scott-inspired outfit for the music festival and a custom tailcoat tuxedo made by ace designer, Avinash Punjabi for the vows. He accessorised his tux with heirloom gold buttons and a feather headgear by Parisa. Talking about his reception look, Dev added:
“I also took inspiration from Travis Scott at the Met Gala in 2019, and customised a hand-stitched leather vest from the leather brand, Dr.Hyde.”

Bianca Zaveri and Devkrsna Sagar are jewellery designers. Thus, their wedding jewellery was indeed one-of-a-kind. The jewellery pieces were all glitzy and beautiful, ranging from Bianca’s diamond and Colombian emerald encrusted necklace to her diamond, polki, and pearl choker.
The groom was not behind in the best jewellery race as he donned a unique sarpech, which was encrusted with rose-cut diamonds, emeralds, natural Burmese rubies and carved Mughal emerald. His look also featured a natural pearl and emerald necklace from Manoj and Dev Jewelry. Talking about their sartorial choices in their wedding, Bianca added:
“Fashion was one of the main conversation starters at our wedding. A lot of time was spent carefully planning every single element.”
