Every bride comes with her own aura and radiates her bridal glow like never seen before during her wedding festivities. However, in the process of perfecting their look for D-day, the brides-to-be prepare a lot. From selecting the coordinated or single-piece couture for herself and her groom to opting for jewellery to match, a bride has to decide it all. However, it can be tiresome, but definitely a lot of fun.
Gone are the days when the brides used to stick to their heirloom ensemble. Nowadays, every bride wants to put customised outfits with trendy jewellery so that they can revamp their wedding look in future as well. Thus, designer outfits are always on top of every bride's list. We came across a bride who chose one of the ace celebrity fashion designers, Anita Dongre's collection for her wedding day look, and celeb wife-fashion designer, Natasha Dalal's couture for her sangeet look. On both days, she looked absolutely a sight to behold.
The bride of the week, Bhoomi Parekh tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Parth Patel, wearing a stunning piece from the shelves of designer, Anita Dongre. Bhoomi wore a pastel pink-coloured customised lehenga intricately embroidered with floral patterns in golden thread and sequins, along with a gota patti work at the edge, and paired it with a mesh-designed choli. She completed her look with double dupattas. A sheer veil with buti detailing and an embroidered hemline was tucked on her bun, while a silk dupatta with a sleek embellished border was pinned neatly on her shoulder.
Bhoomi absolutely exuded a royal princess vibe. She opted for polki jewellery and donned a stone-studded maharani choker piece that featured emerald green-coloured stone droplets, along with matching earrings, a broad matha patti with maang teeka, a sleek nath and elegant haath phools. She accentuated her look with pastel pink-coloured chooda and kadas.
For makeup, the bride chose to keep it sheen so that it perfectly goes with the getup. She had put on a light foundation with a dewy finish look, blushed cheeks, a clean and glowy eyeshadow, a thin layer of eyeliner, kohled waterlines, false lashes, defined brows, wine lip shade and a small bindi. She tied her hair in a sleek bun and adorned it with pink and white flowers.
The bride, Bhoomi dazzled at the sangeet and cocktail night as she turned herself into the star of the event. She wore a gorgeous maroon-coloured heavily sequinned and embroidered lehenga choli from the shelves of the fashion designer and celeb wife, Natasha Dalal couture. She completed her look with a diamond choker and matching earrings.
Bhoomi accentuated her look with smokey eyes, blushed and highlighted cheekbones and nude lip shade, perfect for the party night look. She kept her hair open in beachy curls and decorated it with a hair accessory. She looked absolutely picture perfect beside her groom who complemented her in a black tuxedo.
Well, we are in love with the bride's pastel look by the day and dazzling look by the night. Would you like to recreate her lookbooks? Let us know!
