Rajshri Rani is best known for her character of 'Suhani' in the popular serial, Suhani Si Ek Ladki. She was last seen in the popular serial, Imlie. Coming to her personal life, she is married to her Suhani Si Ek Ladki and Imlie co-star, Gaurav Mukesh. The duo fell in love during her debut serial and tied the knot in November 2020. Currently, she is all set to embrace parenthood for the first time. Now, in an interview, she opened up about her pregnancy phase.
In an interview with the ETimes, Rajshri Rani, who is in her second trimester, revealed the various emotions of getting pregnant for the first time in her life. For the unversed, Rajshri's baby is due in February 2024. The actress shared that she and her hubby, Gaurav Mukesh have been trying for the baby since last year. And now that she is pregnant, explaining the pure feeling of hearing her baby's heartbeat for the first time, she shared:
“When I learnt about my pregnancy, I experienced a mix of emotions -- happiness, a new journey, and the sense of newfound responsibility. Naturally, Gaurav and I were overjoyed because we had been trying for a baby for a year. The moment that left me teary-eyed was when I heard my baby’s heartbeat for the first time. It’s indescribable.”

In the same conversation, Rajshri opened up about the emotional and physical changes she is going through during her pregnancy. However, she mentioned being more moody from earlier and explained how Gaurav has been taking full care of her cravings. She added:
“I have been going through both emotional and physical changes. I have always been a bit moody, so I can’t solely attribute my mood swings to pregnancy. My cravings have increased, and Gaurav spoils me to the point of indulging in my every whim (laughs!).”
At the end of the conversation, Rajshri explained the first trimester of her pregnancy was challenging. Narrating a difficult incident from the initial days of her pregnancy, she mentioned how a clot was formed in her uterus. This had also started bleeding when she didn't take proper care. However, then she took proper rest and has now recovered well. She concluded:
“When you decide to start a family in your 30s, you need to be extra careful during pregnancy. Around two months into my pregnancy, I faced a complication with the formation of a clot inside the uterus. My doctor advised me to rest and avoid travelling. However, I took it lightly. I made the mistake of going out to watch a film, which must have caused exertion resulting in heavy bleeding. I had to be on bed rest until I fully recovered. That phase was quite scary, but I am doing well now. As they say, all’s well that ends well.”

For the unversed, Rajshri made her acting debut in the 2012 show, Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. Since then, she has been working non-stop in one after the other TV serials, including Bin Bitiya Swarg Adhoora, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Sindoor Ki Keemat and others.
