Sonarika Bhadoria rose to fame with her stint as ‘Devi Parvati’ in the hit mythological series, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. The actress has swooned millions of audiences with her impeccable acting, breathtaking beauty, charismatic personality and whatnot. Fast forward to now, the diva is all set to start a new chapter of her life. For the unversed, Sonarika got engaged to her beau, Vikas Parashar on May 18, 2022. And now, the actress is celebrating her pre-wedding festivities, which began with an intimate mehendi function.
Taking to her IG handle on February 17, 2024, Sonarika Bhadoria dropped some stunning glimpses of her mehendi along with her fiance, Vikas Parashar. The intimate celebration took place in a royal fort in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. For her special evening, Sonarika dolled up in a gorgeous sharara set, that included an emerald green velvet short kurta that featured gold embroidery on the hemline and the sleeves. She paired it with a heavily embroidered sharara in red hue, which featured stunning handwoven embroidery all over it.

Sonarika draped a beautiful red dupatta on one side, that had embroidery detailing and kiran gota on the borders. Heavy jewellery including an emerald drop passa, matching choker and earrings, as well as multi-coloured bangles completed her look. She finalised her look with a dewy base makeup. On the other hand, her fiance, Vikas, looked handsome in a moss green-hued kurta-pyjama teamed with a matching Nehru jacket. His outfit, too, was adorned with intricate floral embroidery.
However, the highlight of her mehendi pictures was definitely the unique design she etched on her palm. While on her right hand, Sonarika’s mehendi featured ‘Shiv-Parvati’ motif, her left palm included motifs of the bride and groom. Along with the pictures, Sonarika penned an expressive caption, that can be read as:
“Mehendi hai rachne wali, haathon mein gehri laali.”
Back on February 3, 2024, Sonarika Bhadoria and Vikas Parashar started off their pre-wedding festivity by observing a mata ki chowki. For the revered evening, the soon-to-be-married couple looked stunning as they twinned in red. Speaking about the bride-to-be, Sonarika, she looked stunning in a red anarkali, that featured Gujarati prints and embellishments all over it. A matching dupatta and heavy jewellery accentuated her look. The groom-to-be, Vikas, on the other hand, twinned in a red sherwani, teamed with a matching pyjama and a sequinned jacket.

On December 11, 2022, Sonarika Bhadoria and Vikas Parashar got rokafied, in the presence of their friends and family members. The adorable couple complemented one another in shades of white and silver, as they celebrated the first ritual of their union. Sonarika and Vikas looked lost in love as they posed for the lens and cut a cake.
