Recently, in a conversation with ETimes Soha Ali Khan talked about how immensely proud she feels when she sees her niece, Sara on the big screen! On the topic of Sara being the most popular star kid and receiving loads of love from people, Soha expressed that Sara is not trying to be anyone else and is comfortable in being who she is, that is why people love her. Soha lauded Sara’s command over Hindi, Urdu, English and mentioned that Sara is confident. Soha also expressed that she feels Sara chose a mixed bag of films for herself and is doing quite well. In her words, “I feel incredibly proud of her. I’m very happy that the start has been good for her because I feel it makes the journey easier. I think she chose the best films. Both in terms of performance and in terms of commercial success. So I think she is quite set. And I love the way she conducts herself personally. She is very sincere and forthcoming, her command over Hindi, Urdu and English and her confidence. She’s not trying to be anyone else. She’s not trying to come up with the best answer. She is just being herself and that’s why people are responding to her.”
Back in 2017, at the launch of her book, Perils of Being Moderately Famous, Soha Ali Khan had talked about her bond with Sara's mother, and her ex-sister-in-law, Amrita Singh. She had said, "My relationship with my ex-sister-in-law, Amrita Singh, is not as close as it used to be then. And that is not to say that it is a huge controversy or anything. It is just how it is. And it is how it would be with any other family. Which is why she wasn't there at my book launch." She also emphasised that there's no bad blood between them, not at least from her end. But she had agreed that sometimes you have no control over the circumstances in your life.
The doting Khan family always has each other's back and leaves no chance to flaunt the love and affection they have for each other. On June 4, 2020, Sara had posted a throwback picture of herself that had reminded the internet of her cousin, Inaaya (daughter of her bua, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu). In the picture, we could see Sara posing for the camera in a white t-shirt with two pigtail braids. Alongside it, she had written, "#throwbackthursday". On May 3, 2020, we had seen a beautiful family tree of the Kapoor-Khan clan made by Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Her doting aunt, the gorgeous, Kareena Kapoor Khan had shared two pictures of the same. In the first picture, the cutie pie, Inaaya could be seen holding the family tree and trying to explain something. The second picture is of the family tree made by the little doll, in which we could see Innaya had chosen the most beautiful picture of her didi, Sara Ali Khan, to put in it!
