Weddings are all about enormous gatherings, culture-rich food, never-ending celebrations and foot-tapping music. The dulha and dulhan plan everything prior to their D-day to make sure their marriage festivities stand out from the rest. However, it's always the bride’s ensemble that becomes the centre of attraction.
Over the years, we have seen millennium brides opting for unique coloured lehengas and sarees for their big day, from donning white, silver, and pastel hues to whatnot. Recently, we stumbled upon a bride, who had left us stunned with her unique lehenga from celebrity designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s couture.
Meet the bride of the week, Shazeen Naveed, who had tied the knot with the love of her life, Umair Shaikh in Pakistan. Dreamy pictures from her big fat wedding had left us awestruck. For the D-Day, the bride had donned a gorgeous lehenga from the renowned designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Her outfit had featured a multi-coloured panelled skirt with bird prints on it and a red-hued choli adorned with gold motifs. In addition, she had carried a cream-coloured sheer dupatta, which had intricate border work.
The bride had ditched the neckpiece and had instead styled her look with a maang teeka, matching earrings and simple yellow chooda. On the other hand, her groom had looked dapper in a black-coloured kurta-pyjama and had styled it with a multi-coloured doshala.
For the nikaah ceremony, the Pakistani bride had opted for a cherry red sharara from the brand, Bunto Kazmi Official. Her full-sleeved dress was heavily embellished with gold sequins and intricate design work. The gorgeousness had neatly placed her dupatta on her crown and had carried a customised potli that had matched her sharara's design. She had worn heavy jewellery and had opted for shimmery make-up. On the other hand, her groom had worn an ivory-hued sherwani paired with a red turban, which had featured a long tail.
We love the bride’s multi-coloured panelled lehenga! What about you? Let us know!
