KK Senthil is one of the finest cinematographers in the country, and close association with critically acclaimed filmmaker, SS Rajamouli needs no introduction. The duo had worked in a series of blockbuster films like RRR, Baahubali: The Beginning, Baahubali: The Conclusion, Magadheera, Arundhati, Yamadonga, Chatrapathi, Eega and Sye.
However, on February 15, 2024, RRR's cinematographer, KK Senthil Kumar suffered the biggest loss of his life, as his wife and famous celebrity yoga coach, Roohi passed away due to multiple organ failure. As per the reports, KK Senthil's wife, Roohi, has been undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital in Telangana for the last few days due to numerous health issues.

However, on Thursday, the famous celebrity yoga instructor, Roohi passed away, leaving the entire South Indian film industry shocked. Soon after the demise of his wife, KK Senthil Kumar's team issued an official statement in which they mentioned that Roohi passed away at 2 pm. The final rites will take place at 9 am on February 16, 2024, at Mahaprasthanam, Jubilee Hills, as per the statement. A picture and a similar note were shared on Roohi's Instagram handle to inform her fanbase of 4,613 followers.
For the unversed, Roohi has been working as a celebrity yoga instructor for a series of renowned personalities for some years now. She has worked with famous celebs like Prabhas, Anushka, Ileana D'Cruz, Bharat Thakur and many more. Roohi has been working as a yoga teacher for more than 20 years.
Apart from her professional front, she was a loving mother to her two sons, Ryan Karttikeyan and Dhruva Karttikeyan. It's impossible to imagine the pain both these kids were experiencing at this point in time, as there's no greater loss than losing your mother.

KK Senthil Kumar and Roohi got married back in June 2009 and were considered as one of the most sought-after couples in the film industry. The much-in-love couple were avid social media users and used to post a series of pictures and videos from their happy married life on their respective social media handles. Time and again, we have seen KK Senthil and Roohi posing alongside renowned South Indian celebrities.
Even after so many years of their marriage, KK Senthil and Roohi were so much in love with each other. The doting husband even took a break from his work in order to be with his wife as her health was deteriorating, but unfortunately, she couldn't make it through the inevitable.
