Since then, Rohit has kept a low profile. However, a video of his daughter, Samaira Sharma, has resurfaced on the internet. The video was first posted a year ago, and in it, Samaira cutely revealed her father, Rohit's state of mind.

In the clip, Samaira waved to the photographers and also revealed that her father was in the room. She further added that her father would laugh again within one month. With so much innocence, Samaira proved that 'daughters are the biggest blessing', and they can make worse situations look easier. Samira was quoted as saying:
"He is in a room, he is almost positive & within one month he will laugh again."
