Richa Chadha and her husband, Ali Fazal are one of the much-loved couples in Bollywood. The duo never shies away from mesmerising their fans with their mushy camaraderie and fairy-tale life. For the unversed, Richa and Ali got secretly married in 2020, and it was in 2022 when the duo celebrated their union with their friends and family. However, a few days back, Richa announced that their wedding would be turned into a documentary named RiAlity. And now, in an interview, Richa opened up about her and her hubby coming from two different faiths.

In an interview with Zoom, Richa Chadha talked about her and Ali Fazal's relationship. The diva stated that her meeting with Ali was nothing less than a miracle. Sharing more details about the same, Richa mentioned that although she and Ali come from different faiths, they have equal values and a similar middle-class mindset. The actress further added that she and her hubby's ideas are also similar. Speaking along the same lines, Richa stated that both she and her hubby never wanted a big fat wedding ever as they wanted people to enjoy their hearts out at their wedding. Richa said:

"Both Ali and I never wanted that wedding tamasha or that big fairy tale wedding. We just wanted people to have fun."

In the same interview, Richa talked about her and Ali's documentary. The actress revealed that they were making wedding videos, and they turned into something really unique and personal. Sharing that both she and Ali will bear their souls in this documentary, Richa mentioned:

"We were making wedding videos but then it evolved into something really unique and personal. Both of us will be bearing our souls in this new documentary RiAlity."

Earlier, in an interview with News18, Richa Chadha talked about her and Ali Fazal's courtship period. The actress mentioned that she and her husband started dating during the shooting of their film, Fukrey. The actress shared that at first, they used to meet each other once in every month, and later, they realised that they were more than friends and started dating one another. Further, in the interview, Richa shared that when they started dating, they didn't let their co-stars know about the same.

It was back on September 29, 2022, when Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal dropped a collaborative voice note on their respective IG handles. In this voice note, Richa and Ali revealed that they already got married in 2020 but were unable to celebrate their love with a ceremony for the pandemic. In the voice note, the adorable couple shared that it was in 2020 when they formalised their union with their friends and family.
