In an interview with ETimes, Randhir Kapoor addressed the much-asked questions about his birthday party and clearly stated that it was a small meet-up and no celebration was there. He said, "It was a small meet-up. A solemn affair. There was no celebration. We are missing my younger brother Rajiv. He passed away last week due to a heart attack. It was a shocking, sudden death. We are yet to come to terms with it." Coming back to Randhir Kapoor's party, his daughter, Kareena Kapoor Khan had looked gorgeous as ever in her green-coloured kurti and her hubby, Saif had looked dapper in his black kurta and white pyjama. Also, he could be seen holding their sleepy son, Taimur Ali Khan in his arms. In some of the pictures, we could see Saif shielding his son's eyes from the flashes of paparazzi, and the gesture of the doting dad had melted everyone's heart.

Another major highlight of the birthday party was Ranbir Kapoor's entry with his girlfriend, Alia Bhatt at the Kapoor mansion. The couple was snapped leaving after attending Randhir Kapoor's birthday bash with the Kapoor clan. The lovebirds were seen twinning in black as Ranbir had looked dapper in a black shirt paired with a black trouser, while his ladylove, Alia Bhatt had also opted for an all-black look. It would not be wrong to say that Alia Bhatt has officially become a part of the Kapoors as the actress is often seen attending various parties and functions with them.
