Malayalam film industry’s heartthrob, Dulquer Salmaan is all geared up with his upcoming film, King of Kotha, where the actor will be seen playing the role of a ruthless gangster. The pre-release event of the film took place recently in Hyderabad, and it was a star-studded affair. Tollywood actors, Nani and Rana Daggubati too graced the event.
During the event, it was Rana’s shocking speech that took the internet by storm. Hailing Dulquer Salmaan's achievements, Rana recalled an incident which involved Dulquer and a top Bollywood actress. Revealing how the Hindi film heroine wasted Dulquer’s time, Rana said:
“Dulquer was my junior at acting school. We became friends there. He is a very polite person. He’s doing a Hindi movie and the producers are my friends. The shoot was happening near my house. I went there to meet Dulquer. While he was sitting in the corner with the spot boy, a big Hindi heroine who was doing that movie was busy on the phone.”

Rana also revealed how her behaviour affected the shoot, and he couldn’t resist his anger, but Dulquer was calm. In Rana’s words:
“That big heroine was engrossed in a phone conversation about shopping in London with her husband. Her lack of focus affected the shots. I couldn’t resist my anger to see the heroine wasting time. But Dulquer was calm. I scolded producers for the indecent behavior of the actress. Nobody could be more excited than me to see Dulquer doing an action movie.”
As soon as the video was shared on a Reddit thread, netizens were sure that the top Hindi film heroine was none other than actress, Sonam Kapoor. For the unversed, Sonam Kapoor has worked with Dulquer Salmaan in the film, The Zoya Factor. One of the users commented, “Sonam, for sure!! The only other Hindi movies he has done are Karwaan and Chup.” Another commented, “Jokes aside yes, he clearly gave all hints that it's Sonam, as Anand Ahuja is from London and considering this is the only hindi film done by Dulquer.”

Sonam has often garnered a lot of attention for her unfiltered opinions. After the release of her debut film, Sonam’s name was linked to actor, Ranbir Kapoor. When the actress was asked to respond about the same in an interview, pat came the reply:
“Ranbir is not boyfriend material. Are girls liking him, really? Ranbir is not sexy at all. He is Mama’s Boy, whose toenails are also cut by the mother.”
