Preity Zinta is one of the most beautiful actresses of her generation in Bollywood. The diva, known for her dimple cheeks, hearty laughter and brilliant acting mettle, has always caught a special place in the hearts of millions. She made her debut with the film, Dil Se in 1998. However, it was her next film in the same year, Soldier, which set her apart. Cut to now, the diva seems to have placed her film career in the back seat and enjoying her mommy duties with her twins, Jai and Gia. For the unversed, Preity is happily married to American financial analyst, Gene Goodenough.
On April 11, 2024, Preity Zinta arrived at Sohail Khan’s residence to join the Eid party hosted by the latter. The actress, who makes rare public appearances, undoubtedly left everyone mesmerised with her gorgeous look. For the evening, Preity got decked up in a classic black Pakistani suit that featured intricate embroidery in white all over it. She teamed it with a matching dupatta that included heavy lacework in white on its borders. Open tresses and subtle makeup accentuated her look. Her OOTD instantly reminded everyone of her iconic look in the character of ‘Zaara’ for her film, Veer Zaara.

In yet another clip from the evening, Preity can be seen joined by her darling hubby, Gene Goodenough, who twinned with her in black. He could be seen sporting a crisp black shirt paired with formal black trousers. Accompanying his wifey, the duo obliged the paparazzi for some happy pictures. Their visuals melted many hearts in split seconds, as they looked madly in love with one another.

In an earlier interview with IANS, Preity Zinta talked about her prolific career in films and revealed how she never got an opportunity to be trained in an acting school or be present in an acting workshop. She spilled beans on the way she always worked on set and divulged she was particularly keen on being perfect at her work. Expressing more, she said:
“There was a definitive understanding for me, even though I never went to an acting school or a workshop, I just wanted to get things right on set, to be honest. Script wise, whichever director gave me a script that made sense to me and the character aligned with my beliefs, I gave it my all. Even doing songs is very very difficult, you have to do them well...I have always wanted to do different roles, something that challenged me or showed women in a positive light, different and progressive manner as opposed to just as an object of desire."

It was in 2021 when Preity and her hubby, Gene got promoted as parents with the arrival of her twins, Jai and Gia. Despite being an active social media user, the diva hasn’t yet revealed the face of her babies, though she does often drop adorable side glimpses of them. For instance, sometime back, Preity had dropped a few snapshots of her happy moments with her kids, as Jai and Gia seemed to enjoy themselves at the beach.
