Palak Tiwari is a true-blue fashionista, who has followed in her mother, Shweta Tiwari's footsteps and joined the acting world. The actress often swoons our hearts with her public appearances and impresses everyone with her glamorous look. Palak loves to flaunt her minimal style and often steps out without makeup. Now, in an interview, she opened up about her beauty secrets and fitness regime.
In an interview with the ETimes, Palak Tiwari opened up about her beauty secrets and revealed that she doesn't think that topical treatments are not the 100 per cent solution to skin care. Talking about the same, she revealed that a great diet and great food also contribute to glowing skin. In her words:
"I don't have any secrets per se, but I think a very neglected aspect of skin care and self-is are topical treatments. We think they are the 100 per cent solution, but I would say they are 70 per cent of the solution whereas 30 per cent is orally ingested, be it a medicine or just a great food or a great diet. And I think that's a hugely neglected aspect."

When Palak Tiwari was asked what beauty tips she got from her mother, Shweta Tiwari while growing up, she shared that the latter doesn't take skincare or beauty seriously. However, the actress added that her mother always advised her not to wear too much makeup or overdo skincare. Palak added:
"My mom is not really the kind of person who takes skin care or beauty that seriously. But there is one thing that she's always advised me to do. When you're young you want to wear too much makeup or overdo skin care, so she's always advised me to do things that are necessary Ifor my age. Even if I'm doing like a very strong brow, she's like, no, you know; you're young, look young. Like, why do you want to age yourself with makeup?"
Further in the interview, Palak Tiwari was asked about her fitness secret and whether she is a gym freak. Responding to the same, the actress shared that she isn't a gym freak, but she enjoys her routine. Palak added that she is more focused on getting fitter and stronger and stated:
"I wouldn't say I'm a gym freak because I don't necessarily look forward to it. But yes, I do enjoy my routine. I do enjoy going to the gym, feeling fitter and stronger afterwards. And especially when you see your body getting stronger and realize small changes like your strength really has improved. I think we give the aesthetics of it too much importance, but the strength aspect of it is what I'm really starting to enjoy now. And it's really been a game changer for me in terms of motivating me to go to the gym a lot more."

On the personal front, Palak Tiwari is reportedly dating Ibrahim Ali Khan. Earlier, a report in Bollywood Life revealed that the duo have apparently received approval from their respective parents to be in a relationship. Following their multiple public appearances together, a source close to the couple shared that Palak's mother, Shweta Tiwari, has allowed her daughter to make her own decisions. Shweta, who has been a strict mother all her life, has now loosened her grip on her daughter. Ibrahim Ali Khan, on the other hand, has also got freedom from both his parents, Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan, to make decisions when it comes to his personal life.
