Neha Marda and her husband, Ayushman Agarwal are enjoying every bit of parenthood with their adorable daughter, Anaya. For the unversed, Neha and Ayushman welcomed their baby girl on April 7, 2023, after 11 years of marital bliss. Moreover, the new mommy never leaves a chance to provide her fans with updates from her motherhood journey. And yet the same happened again, as the actress shared a few tidbits about her parenting journey.
In a recent interview with the Goa Times, Neha Marda opened up about her postpartum weight loss journey. The actress revealed that she has been constantly working hard to get back in shape. When it comes to post-pregnancy weight loss, Neha said that she often gets anxious about the same, not because of people's opinions about her, but for herself only. The new mom stated that no matter the work demands, work is no longer constrained by one's figure.

Speaking along the same lines, Neha mentioned that she will soon choose a regimen that suits her, but she will not compromise on the fact that she has a baby to be fed. Sharing more details about the same, Neha stated:
"No matter the work demands, work is no longer constrained with one’s figure. Regardless of if you are a size zero or any other, the characters are characters these days. As far as I am concerned, I will take up a regime that suits me, but I have made sure that for a whole year, I will not compromise on the fact that Anaya needs to be fed".
In the same interview, Neha Marda walked down the memory lane and recalled the time when her baby girl, Anaya was born. For the unversed, Neha had an urgent C-section delivery. Now talking about the same, Neha revealed that as her family was giving her pressure to be a mom and she had 2-3 miscarriages, she was exhausted.
Neha shared that at a certain point in time, she didn't even feel much pain as she was healing herself. Elaborating more on the same, Neha shared that when Anaya was born, she was in the hospital for 20 days. The actress mentioned that although people have been messaging her to be strong, she didn't feel like she was going through a tough phase, as she didn't get immediately connected to her daughter. Sharing more details on the same, Neha mentioned:
"Her birth weight was only 1.4 kgs, and when we got her home, she was 1.8 kgs. I had a c-section and since I didn’t hold her, there was not much connection felt at that time. There are some moms who get attached immediately to their babies. but for me it took time. She has grown on me now and can’t imagine my life without her."
In the concluding segment of the interview, Neha Marda revealed that she will get back to work if she gets any web series. The actress also shared that her nature of work will not change drastically. Neha mentioned that she is excited to do a web series, as this is the only way to manage both her work and personal life.

It was back on June 14, 2023, when the new mom of the town, Neha Marda took to her IG handle and dropped some adorable glimpses from her baby's naamkaran celebration, and oh boy, we couldn't get enough of the same.
