On February 19, 2024, Neetu Kapoor took to her IG handle and shared a cryptic note, which talked about the power of spiritual intelligence. The actress' post grabbed many eyeballs and it looked like she was taking an indirect dig at somebody. Neetu's note can be read as:
"People who have high spiritual intelligence don't read words, they read moods. They read energy, they read vibes. The body language, the jealous energy in your eyes, their sense of negativity is supreme. They may not say much, but trust me, they notice every damn thing."

Alia Bhatt received the prestigious Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her role in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, at the 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 on January 28, 2024. But the actress received a lot of flak for her Filmfare win, and many netizens claimed that she was undeserving, so she paid for the award. However, the actress kept her mum and didn't react to the accusations levelled against her. On January 31, 2024, Alia took to her IG stories and shared a wise thought, which looked like an indirect dig at the trolls. Her note could be read as:

Soon after the post was shared on Reddit, netizens flooded the comment section with their hilarious comments. While some claimed that Alia's post was a reply to her trolls, others mentioned that she was triggered by the constant criticism. One user commented, "If you can remain one year without paid awards, greater sense will prevail." Another penned, "Ohhh she’s deffo triggered. She didn’t expect people to call out her average acting in RRKPK. Normally it’s just trolling but this time almost everyone is calling her unworthy of the award."

Earlier, a Redditor dropped a video of Ranbir Kapoor from his appearance on Simi Garewal's show, Simi Selects India's Most Desirable. During the same, Neetu Kapoor gave a video message and advised Ranbir that there are two kinds of girls: one who comes with scissors and the other who comes with needles. The doting mother explained that the first one breaks the family while the latter keeps the family together. She was quoted as saying:
"There are two kinds of girls, one who comes with scissors, and one who comes with needle. Scissors is the one who breaks the family or jo needle ke sath aati hai that kind off mends the family together, makes sure the family stays together. And that's the girl I would like."
Earlier, Alia Bhatt missed her saasu maa, Neetu Kapoor's birthday celebration, after which the latter shared a cryptic note on social media, leading to a huge discussion if all is well between Alia and her in-laws. After celebrating her birthday with her children, Ranbir and Riddhima, Neetu shared a cryptic note, which talked about how families are not the same anymore as they have buried the people who would keep them together. Soon, netizens thought that this was targeted at her bahu, Alia Bhatt, who skipped the celebration. The note could be read as:
"The reason why our families are not the same anymore, is because we buried the ones who used to keep the family together."
