Television actor, Nakuul Mehta and his singer wife, Jankee Parekh, recently rang their ten years of marital bliss. The adorable couple had announced their pregnancy in 2020 and had shared every moment of their pregnancy phase over the nine months to keep their fans updated. Finally, on February 3, 2021, Nakuul and Jankee had become parents after welcoming their baby boy, Sufi Mehta, into their lives.
On September 3, 2021, when Sufi had turned seven months old, his parents, Nakuul and Jankee had introduced him to the world and had revealed his face. The doting parents had shared a video of their 'sunshine', Sufi being in his goofy self, and we just couldn't take our eyes off him. With his blonde hair, blue eyes and chubby pink cheeks, Sufi is one handsome boy. Nakuul and Jankee had captioned the video as:
"Hi, I am Sufi and I am 7 months old today. It's so nice to finally meet you. P.S. Letting my folks share this on my behalf 'cause I got cool things to do!"

On February 3, 2022, Sufi turned one year old, and his parents, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh couldn't keep calm. Nakuul Mehta took to his IG handle and shared an adorable video, tagging his wife, Jankee. In the video, we can see Sufi being in his goofiest self, giggling around and kicking his legs, wearing a cutesy Mickey Mouse printed onesie. Sharing the video, Nakuul wrote:
"365 days of unbridled & pure JOY. Excuse us for the mush but that thing they say about parenthood is insanely true. Celebrating @babysufim today and forever & now going back to get some (sleep emoticon). #HappySufiDay #HappyFirstBirthday #SufiTurnsOne."
Nakuul and Jankee love their son, and their respective social media handles are the proof. Every now and then, they keep on sharing small glimpses of their baby boy, Sufi. On January 29, 2022, Nakuul had taken to his IG stories to share an adorable picture with Sufi. In the photo, we could see Nakuul sitting with his son on his lap in the motion of making a high-five while bathing under the wintry sun. As usual, he had looked handsome in his comfy casual clothes. On the other hand, Sufi was wearing a full-sleeved sweatshirt, looking absolutely cutie. Check out the picture below:

In an old interview with the Hindustan Times, Nakuul Mehta had spoken about the surreal feeling of becoming a father and had expressed the overwhelming feeling of being in the operation theatre and watching his child's birth. Nakuul Mehta had remarked:
"It was overwhelming to be in the operation theatre (OT) besides my wife, and watch my child being born."
Revealing how emotional and surreal he had felt, Nakuul had mentioned he felt it was like a new life. He had said:
“I had heard it often enough, but nothing prepares you for that kind of rush. It’s surreal, deeply emotional and yet magical in so many ways. I’m not sure if the fact that I’m a father has sunk in completely yet. We're only a week into this, but I do feel infinite compassion and love for this new life and for everybody around me."
