He joined his family business in 1981 and dedicated his time and effort to diversifying the company. Currently, Mukesh Ambani runs his multi-billion company, Reliance Industries, which deals in petrochemicals, oil and gas, telecom and retail.
Asia’s richest business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani is hailed for his down-to-earth personality. His business game is so strong that even world leaders look up to him for inspiration. As per the latest report in Forbes, Mukesh Ambani's net worth is USD 84.1 billion, making him the 13th richest billionaire in the world. The business magnate has been ruling the charts of business trends across the globe and is making India proud with his ventures.

Recently, while scrolling through our IG handle, we stumbled upon a rare picture of Mukesh Ambani from his childhood. In the throwback picture, shared by one of Ambani's fan pages, we can see the young Mukesh Ambani standing in his school's playground as he and his classmates posed for a group photo. He was dressed in an all-white school uniform paired with a tie and belt and donned a pair of formal shoes. The little man exuded confidence and sheer determination at such a young age, and nobody could have imagined that he would become the richest man in Asia one day.
Mukesh Ambani is a philanthropist and a spiritual person. He is often seen paying visits to the holy destinations in India and paying his respect to the Almighty. On April 19, 2023, when Mukesh Ambani turned 66 years old, he visited the Siddhivinayak Temple to mark his special day. In the pictures doing rounds on the internet, he could be seen seeking divine darshan at Siddhivinayak temple along with his elder son, Akash Ambani. Mukesh was seen dressed in a white kurta with a brown-hued Nehru jacket, and he also received a bouquet of flowers as a token of gratitude from the temple committee.

Once, Mukesh Ambani opened up about his successful journey in the business world and revealed some interesting details about the same. Speaking at the India Today Conclave 2017, Ambani revealed that he wanted to become a teacher before his father asked him to join Reliance Industries. However, after their marriage, Nita Ambani also encouraged him to take up teaching so they both could be involved in teaching for their personal satisfaction. In his words:
“Before my father (the late Dhirubhai Ambani) brought me into Reliance, I wanted to work for the World Bank for a while or teach at a university. With my wife (Nita) being a teacher, she is now telling me it’s high time I have taken up teaching. So going forward, both of us will be involved in education a lot more. It’s something we want to do more for our own personal satisfaction."
On the personal front, Mukesh Ambani tied the knot with his ladylove, Nita Dalal in 1985. The couple welcomed three kids, Akash Ambani, Isha Ambani and Anant Ambani. Nita and Mukesh never fail to shed pure couple goals with their personal and professional lives together. Mukesh, Nita and their kids are all working round the clock to make their business successful and world-renowned, which is quite inspirational in itself.
