Miheeka Bajaj is a Mumbai-based interior designer, who runs an event management company, Dew Drop Design Studio. According to sources, Rana and Miheeka have known each other from the past ten years and had started dating two years back. As Rana is known to keep his private life out of media glares, his announcement of being ‘taken’ had come as a surprise for all his fans. Their fans have been curious to know every single detail of their journey of love. During an interview with CinemaExpress, when Rana was asked if he thinks life will change post-marriage with Miheeka, he had stated, "She is so supportive and always keeps things easy for me."

The gorgeous bride, Miheeka Bajaj ditched the traditional red for shades of cream and gold for her elegant wedding attire, and we can't take our eyes off! The gorgeous Anamika Khanna lehenga donned by Miheeka took 10,000 man-hours, as per the words of the designer. The coral veil of the lehenga accentuated the whole look, and the hand-done zardosi with a fine work of chikankari and gold metalwork on the lehenga paired with a woven gold dupatta imparted the dreamy look. On August 6, 2020, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj had their haldi and mehendi ceremonies. For the haldi ritual, Miheeka had opted for a Boho look and had picked a yellow lehenga which she had paired with jewellery made of shells. For the mehendi ceremony, Miheeka had stunned in a pink lehenga and she had rounded off her look with a beaded maang tikka, big jhumkas, pink lips and open wavy hair. On May 20, 2020, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj’s families had sat together for a formal meeting to formalise a date for the couple’s engagement and marriage. Posting a picture with his beautiful fiancée, Miheeka, Rana had written, “And it’s official!!” Miheeka had also posted two pictures from the ceremony and had written, "To the beginning of forever @ranadaggubati" and "My happy place! @ranadaggubati". While there were speculations that it was from Rana and Miheeka's engagement ceremony, Rana had confirmed via his IG story that the pictures were from their roka ceremony.
For the roka ceremony, Miheeka Bajaj had opted for Krsala jewellery and giving a closer look of the same while elaborating the look, they had written on their official IG handle, "Miheeka Bajaj (@miheeka) wears an antique jewellery set belonging to the Royal Family of Bikaner, with intricate meenakari work using traditional polkis set in gold for her Roka ceremony in Hyderabad with Rana Daggubati. #KrsalaJewellery #MiheekaBajaj #RanaDaggubati."
Miheeka Bajaj had become the first celeb bride-to-be to flaunt the trend of wearing a mask for her pre-wedding celebrations. Post the roka ceremony, the pre-wedding celebrations had continued for the newly-engaged couple as Miheeka Bajaj had posted a picture from 'the celebrations continue' in June. Miheeka had stunned in a mint green Jayanti Reddy lehenga and posting a picture of herself, she had written, "The celebrations continue! Thank you for making my day so much more special! @krsalajewellery @jayantireddylabel @makeupartisttamanna @tpt.toast." In her next post too, Miheeka had tagged her team and thanked them for putting together her gorgeous look.
