On August 1, 2023, as Malvika turned 31, she once again shared an array of pictures with her little one, which were simply unmissable. For the unversed, Malvika was married to the co-founder of ION Energy, Akhil Aryan, since March 17, 2020, and the duo parted ways in February 2023, during her pregnancy. Then, on May 10, 2023, the influencer gave birth to a baby girl, whom she lovingly named Abigail.
Taking to her IG handle on August 1, 2023, Malvika Sitlani shared a series of pictures from her 31st birthday celebration. This is also the first time she celebrated her special day with her daughter, Abigail. The influencer also shared a throwback picture, wherein she was seen seated on her room's bed with a huge breakfast platter, which seemed to be prepared by her family. In the following pictures, she shared a cutesy unseen moment with her baby girl and penned a long note along with it. Talking about how she was completely unaware of the beautiful journey of life, she wrote:
"This is 31. Who knew I’d be celebrating my birthday with my daughter 5 years from this moment. We had a simple life with no idea of what tomorrow would bring. I had just began my content career, earning very minimal - just enough to make half the rent and food. We still made it work and celebrated these small moments that brought joy to our lives. Just keep doing what you love, show up authentically every single day and nothing can stop you from designing the life of your dreams."

From posing for a mirror selfie with her daughter, giving pecks of love on the little one's forehead, sleeping beside one another, and many more, the mother-daughter duo indeed spent some blissful time together. Thus, mentioning the same in her note, Malvika further penned her gratefulness towards everyone, who supported her in the process. The caption can be read as:
"I’m beyond grateful for where I am today. Every peace of content I put up, I did it with all my heart & continue to do so… For all who have been here with me since then…my OG fam. THANK YOU. You changed my life. Thank you for all your birthday wishes. Onto the other side of 30! yikes!"

Undoubtedly, her massive fanbase didn't miss the chance to quiz her about her pregnancy and motherhood journey. One netizen asked about her pregnancy post-delivering her baby girl, Abby (Malvika's daughter, Abigail's nickname). To this, Malvika hinted at her separation and on-and-off relationship with her ex-husband, Akhil Aryan. She further mentioned that it 'wasn't a pleasant journey' for her. She also shared how the pregnancy affected her mental and physical health. In another story, she explained her painful motherhood journey and revealed her current emotions.
