Janhvi Kapoor's little sister, Khushi Kapoor began her acting journey with the film, The Archies. However, since the release of the film, speculations about her dating life along with her co-star, Vedang Raina too, started hitting the headlines. Although they never admitted the ongoing speculations about the same, and often mentioned carrying forward the 'just friends' tag forever. However, the two close friends are often spotted together at various events.
Yet again, as Khushi Kapoor was spotted at the Dubai airport alongside a mystery man, netizens started speculating that the person with her was Vedang Raina. What happened is, a Reddit user shared a photo of Khushi clicked from behind as she held the hand of a mystery man while exiting the place. In the picture, Khushi was seen wearing a grey hoodie paired with track pants. On the other hand, the guy donned a white t-shirt with matching grey-coloured track pants. Moreover, the mystery man was seen carrying a backpack. Sharing the photos, the Reddit user penned:
"Just saw khushi kapoor with a guy holding hands at Dubai airport. In my layover right now and saw Khushi kapoor roaming around dubai duty free with a huge LV carry On. Shes really pretty in real life. Looks like a girl next-door. Sorry if the picture doesnt show her face didnt want to be rude and take her pic from front."

Soon after the photo was shared, netizens started mentioning that the person with Khushi Kapoor is none other than her close friend, Vedang Raina. One netizen commented, "It’s vedang with Khushi, both are wearing matching outfits head to toe." Moreover, one more social media user commented, "I hope it’s Vedang", in reply to which, another user penned, "It is, you can tell from his shaved head." Another netizen wrote, "Matching outfits are cute."

Earlier, in a candid chat with Instant Bollywood, Vedang talked about certain unknown qualities of his rumoured girlfriend, Khushi. The actor revealed that Khushi is quite generous and she thinks about others more than herself. Further, the humble friend of Khushi was asked the one thing he tolerates about her. Answering such a question, the actor denied that he tolerates no such thing in her and opened up about a habit of hers that he would like to change. Revealing the same, Vedang said:
“I love the fact that she’s always looking out for others and she’s very generous. You know, she’ll put others before herself. It’s not really something I tolerate, it’s something I’d like to change about her. She goes on the self-doubt trip sometimes. She questions herself and her abilities and I would like her to have more confidence in herself.”

In one of the episodes of the last season of the popular reality show, Koffee With Karan, Khushi Kapoor graced along with her sibling, Janhvi Kapoor. During her conversation over there, the host of the show, Karan Johar asked Khushi about her dating rumours with Vedang. To this, the actress immediately mentioned, “False. I say false, It’s not true.” But later, she pointed towards a dialogue from Om Shanti Om and shared:
“You know that scene in Om Shanti Om where there is a row of people saying, ‘Om and I are just good friends'.”
