Sridevi Kapoor's youngest daughter, Khushi Kapoor, has followed in her mother's footsteps as she made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's film, The Archies. Even before entering the films, Khushi always made headlines with her gorgeous looks that often went viral. Khushi is the most pampered child in the Kapoor family, and her mother, Sridevi, always knew that she would one day set foot in Bollywood. Recently, Khushi gave an ode to her mother by donning her gown for the premiere of her film, The Archies.
December 5, 2023, marks a tick from Khushi Kapoor's checklist as she arrived in style for the premiere of her debut film, The Archies, which will be released on Netflix. For the premiere night, Khushi Kapoor gave an ode to her mother, Sridevi Kapoor. The young debutante donned her mother's strapless golden gown for the event.

Khushi accentuated her look with a diamond choker neckpiece and stud earrings. She kept her look glamorous by opting for party makeup nude lipstick, soft eyeshadow and hair tied in a sleek bun. Not many know that Sridevi wore the same gown during the IIFA Awards 2013 in Macau. The gorgeous golden gown with a minimal trail is from the ace designer, Kaufman Franco.

Khushi shared a deep bond with her mother, Srideiv. Not many know that the young diva was left upset after watching her mother's film. Yes, in an old interview with The Indian Express, Sridevi had revealed that her daughter, Khushi, was left upset. The reason was how people treated her in the film, especially her on-screen daughter. Sridevi also revealed that Khushi questioned how someone could behave this way to her mother.
During the same interview, Sridevi revealed that when the film was aired at the Toronto International Film Festival, her elder daughter, Janhvi's friend called her mother and apologised to her for her rude behaviour.
For those who don't know, when Khushi Kapoor was just 16 years old, she faced a lot of trolls body-shaming her. But the youngest Kapoor diva made sure to give a befitting reply to her haters. She had penned a long note and had proved that she was one strong girl, and no one could mess with her. Her note could be read as:
"I post my pictures because I feel good and confident. I put out these pictures not because I want to show off or try to be anyone or anything else. I have my own sense of style and my own way to think and me putting out a picture that's accessible to so many people is taken more of an opportunity to judge me or my looks, clothes or anything else. I put something out there because it's something I feel good about, everyone is entitled to have their own opinion but putting someone else down because of it is not making you any better of a person."
