Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding galore in Jamnagar, Gujarat has been one of the most star-studded events at the moment. And now, we stumbled upon a very rare picture of two leading divas, who perhaps graced the same frame for the first time-ever.
While scrolling through our social media feed, we stumbled across a very rare picture of the two leading ladies of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone. The picture was captured during the second day event of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding soiree that is taking place in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The two actresses shared the moment along with their respective husbands, Vicky Kaushal and Ranveer Singh. While Deepika donned a white pant suit, Ranveer Singh wore a jungle-printed shirt with white trousers and a hat. On the other hand, Katrina looked breathtaking in a beige-hued floral printed dress, whereas Vicky Kaushal twinned with her in beige-hued formal wear.

For the unversed, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif have had a scarred equation in the past, and the duo weren’t exactly on talking terms with one another. Well, at one point in time, the two of them had a common ex-boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor. If reports are to be trusted, Ranbir broke up with Deepika after their steady committed relationship, since he cheated on her with Katrina Kaif. However, he also broke up with Katrina a few years later, due to alleged commitment issues. Fast forward to now, the trio have moved on in their lives and are happily settled in marital bliss with their respective spouses.
In an interview with Mid-Day, Katrina Kaif made an unheard revelation and shared that she was supposed to be a part of the Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer film, Bachna Ae Haseeno. The diva revealed that she was supposed to play the role of the fourth girl, however, the character didn’t survive the final editor’s cut and was removed. In her words:
“I was the fourth girl, that character got cut.”

Previously, during her appearance on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, Deepika Padukone, during a rapid-fire interaction was asked whether she would invite Katrina Kaif to her wedding. Well, while the actresses had a shared past, they never really had a verbal altercation, and it seemed that they maintained a silent cold war. Coming back to Deepika’s response, she bluntly responded ‘No’.
