The year 2020 had begun with a bang as Armaan and Anissa’s wedding had marked the beginning of the first grand celebrity wedding of the year. Armaan’s wedding was a grand affair with the presence of the who’s who of the glamour world. For the wedding, Armaan had looked dapper in a cream-coloured sherwani with a golden-coloured safa and his bride, Anissa had complemented him in a red-coloured lehenga with detailed golden work all over it. She had accentuated her look with traditional maang teeka, double-layered gold and emerald necklace with matching earrings.
Today, Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra completed one year of marital bliss and have been receiving wishes from the Kapoor clan. Armaan’s cousin, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her IG story and shared a lovely wish for the lovely couple. She posted a picture from the wedding featuring Armaan Jain, Anissa Malhotra, Aadar Jain and Karisma Kapoor and wrote, “Happy anniversary my favourites” followed by a heart emoticon atop it. Karisma Kapoor too shared a monochrome candid picture from Armaan and Anissa’s pre-wedding ceremony on her IG story and wrote, “Happy 1st my favs” atop it.
Armaan Jain’s brother, Aadar Jain also wished his bhai and bhabhi by sharing a lovely picture of them from their wedding and wrote, “Happy anniversary to my favourite couple” atop it. On the other hand, we also stumbled upon a video of Armaan and Anissa’ wedding moments shared by The Wedding Crasher and it was no less than a fairytale. When Armaan Jain had gotten hitched to Anissa Malhotra at The St. Regis, Mumbai, every other member of the Jain-Kapoor clan had made us swoon over the big-fat Punjabi wedding. But the youngest member of the family, Taimur Ali Khan had stolen our hearts with his cuteness. Making a style statement in a blue kurta by Raghavendra Rathore, Taimur had looked cute as a button. From dancing at his mamu, Armaan’s baraat while piggybacking on his father, Saif Ali Khan’s shoulders to his killer poses with mommy, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Taimur had surely stolen the show!
A day after their wedding, Armaan Jain had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a candid picture with Anissa. Along with the picture, he had written, "Finally #anissamaangayi! Welcome, Mrs Jain!! We both are so excited to begin our life together as husband and wife and want to thank everyone for all their love and blessings.”
It was in July 2019, when Armaan Jain had made his relationship official with Anissa Malhotra by posting his grand romantic proposal pictures on social media. Revealing how he was eagerly waiting for that day to come, Armaan had written, “The moment I eagerly waited for since the last 7 years finally arrived... the moment in my life where I felt the most nervous...when I think of my first school exam or my first shot in front of the camera it was nothing compared to the butterflies I had in my stomach when you walked in, every sensation went numb... Everything I rehearsed flew out of my mind...I finally realized what my yoga teacher said when he meant to go blank and be in the moment...
