Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor is loved for her stunning acting skills and sartorial choices. She was last seen in the film, Laal Singh Chaddha, co-starring Aamir Khan. And if reports are to be believed, she will be next seen in Rhea Kapoor's film, The Crew, and an upcoming thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh, which is based on the book, The Obsession of Suspect X. However, repeatedly, Kareena has been targeted by the trolls. From her looks and bold statements on various matters to public appearances, a section of netizens often disapproves of Kareena's choices. Once again, as Bebo shared a no-makeup look of herself, she was badly age-shamed on the internet.
Taking to her IG handle on May 9, 2023, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a radiant picture of herself. In the picture, she was seen reclining on a chair while clicking a selfie flaunting her no-makeup look. She wore a white top paired with a denim jacket and kept her hair tied. She teamed her look with bangles and a pair of sunglasses. Sharing the picture, she wrote:
"Hello Monday... lets see what you got in store for me."

As soon as Kareena posted the picture on her social media handle, she got massively age-shamed by the netizens. While some netizens directly called her old, some wondered why she looked older. Some others commented that without makeup, she looks just like an ordinary woman. However, a few other netizens also mentioned that no matter how old she becomes, she will always be their favourite. This isn’t the first time when Kareena Kapoor Khan has been trolled. Earlier, when she attended an event, the actress was asked about the ongoing ‘Boycott Bollywood’ trend. In response to the question, Kareena explained how she disagreed with the notion and stressed the importance of movies in people’s lives. However, she added that everybody needs movies, as they’re one of the prime sources of entertainment and joy. As Kareena’s statement made its way on the internet, many people started trolling the actress all over again. Some people even reminded Kareena of her old statement in which she told people not to go to theatres if they don’t want to watch Bollywood movies.

On December 15, 2022, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor were spotted outside their residence after returning home from their son, Taimur’s school’s Sports day. Just after that, Kareena seemed to be rushing towards one of her work commitments. Thus, the madly-in-love duo shared a passionate kiss in front of the paps, while Taimur was seen hanging on his abba, Saif’s shoulders. However, due to this, the couple faced a lot of backlash. Netizens called out the couple for their PDA and said it was just a showoff. Some even questioned the way Saif carried Taimur.
