And this time, Tejasswi's beau, Karan had supported her. But now, as Karan joked with Tejasswi and called her 'aunty' at one of their public appearances, the netizens brutally trolled him.
In a viral video on social media, Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash were seen boarding their cars after returning from a short break. However, in the video, Karan addressed Tejasswi as 'aunty' in front of the paps. At the end of the video, Tejasswi could be seen waiting for him and calling him cutely by his nickname 'Sunny'. And Karan's action towards Tejasswi invited the fury of her fans and netizens.

Netizens took to X (formerly called Twitter) and slammed Karan for addressing his girlfriend in such a way. The actor was also called insecure and toxic by the angry netizens, who felt that this kind of age-shaming is unacceptable. Calling it disrespectful, one netizen penned, "I have not seen such a show off guy like him !! This is disgusting .. calling her aunty Whatever majak m bhi kyu bol raha hai." No matter what, Karan and Tejasswi never miss a chance to shed couple goals. For instance, when they graced the second edition of the Pinkvilla Style Icons Awards 2023, in a few glimpses, the duo was seen indulging in mushy moments. They were also spotted conversing with each other mushily amidst the event and were also seen walking together hand-in-hand. Moreover, in a video, Karan was seen adjusting his and Tejasswi's chairs to sit beside her.

A while back, one of Karan's tweets regarding a shayari gave rise to his breakup rumours with Tejasswi. But dismissing all of them, Tejasswi opened up about her marriage plans with him in an interview with the Times Of India. Tejasswi was asked about the ongoing breakup rumours with her boyfriend. To this, she revealed that they are in love and enjoying each other's company. Further, opening up on their marriage plans, Tejasswi mentioned that since she is superstitious, she would reveal the same only when the final things would happen.
