Legendary actor, director, screenwriter, producer, playback singer and lyricist, Kamal Haasan needs no introduction. He has swooned millions of hearts and become a source of inspiration for many budding stars. Just like him, his two darling daughters, Akshara Haasan and Shruti Haasan have also embarked on their acting journey and are making one after the other achievements in their fields. For instance, now, we got the reports of Akshara procuring a luxurious apartment worth Rs. 15.75 crores in one of the posh regions of Mumbai.
As per multiple reports, Akshara Haasan has recently made an expensive purchase of a luxurious apartment on the 13th floor of the 15-storey luxury tower, Ekta Verve on 16th Road in the Khar region of Mumbai. The apartment 1303 is spread across 2,354 square feet and has a beautiful balcony attached to it. Moreover, it has three car parking spaces, according to the registration documents and many other expensive amenities.

Akshara's newly purchased swanky apartment located in the western suburbs came with a whopping amount of Rs. 15.75 crores as per the industry sources. The amount can dig a hole in many pockets. The agreement for the sale of the property was signed between a Bandra couple and Akshara. It was registered on September 27, 2023, for which the 33-year-old actress had to pay a stamp duty of Rs. 94.50 lakhs.

For the unversed, Akshara Haasan and her sibling, Shruti Haasan are the kids of the iconic actor, Kamal Haasan and his second wife, Sarika. Akshara has already appeared in several Hindi and Tamil films, post making her debut in a 2015 comedy film, Shamitabh, co-starring Dhanush and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. Earlier than that, she worked as an assistant director to Rahul Dholakia on the 2010 film, Society, starring her mother Sarika. In addition, she assisted Ram Moorthy, Uzer Khan, E. Niwas and Ruchi Narain on my many AD films in Mumbai. Post her acting debut, she also appeared in Kadaram Kondan in 2019 and a few others.
