Bollywood actors, Kajol and Ajay Devgn are one of the IT couples in the industry. They tied the knot on February 24, 1999, and are blessed with a daughter, Nysa and a son, Yug. Despite being married for more than 24 years now, Kajol and Ajay know how to keep the spark in their relationship alive. Proof of the same was found in their multiple public appearances and interviews. Once again, Kajol revealed a stunning anecdote about her relationship with her darling husband, Ajay.
In an interview with Film Companion, Kajol revealed that her darling husband, Ajay Devgn hasn't watched many of her films. However, the actress mentioned that she has no problem with that since she has never needed his approval for work. Further, Kajol added how the duo avoid discussing their work at home because they have many other things to discuss. She said:
“I don’t seek validation in that respect from him. We’re both very secure as people. So, we have never gone to each other and said, ‘Oh you know, do this scene this way’. We never do that. We just never talk about it. We have so much else to talk about, ‘Do bachche hain, ghar hai, do kutte hain, chaar gaadi hain. So, so much comes in between, that we do not get time to talk about the movies or acting."

On August 10, 2023, Kajol took to her IG handle and shared a stunning picture with her husband, Ajay Devgn. In the picture, Kajol looked stunning as always in a yellow flowy gown paired with a black-and-white printed jacket. On the other hand, Ajay looked dapper in a black suit. While Kajol was seen flaunting her radiant smile, Ajay looked completely serious and made some questioning gestures with his hand. Thus, the doting wife penned a hilarious caption and asked him to smile sometimes. She wrote:
"So many captions and just one post. But this one won the contest :- Kadi has bhi liya karo…"
On August 5, 2023, Kajol turned a year older, and to mark her special day, Ajay took to his Instagram handle and shared a quirky video. The video was from one of the interviews of the duo. During the course of the interview, they were asked about the better cook, better communicator and many other things amongst themselves. To this, Ajay credited almost everything to Kajol and talked about her good qualities. Sharing the video, he penned, "Tareef karu kya teri... Happy Birthday @itsKajolD." Soon, Kajol reacted to the post, and teased her husband for lying about her cooking skills. She penned:
"You didn't have to lie about the cooking you know."

In an interview with Curly Tales, Kajol was asked about her wedding. To this, she revealed that her sisters had organised her entire wedding and looked after all the arrangements. Apart from blissfully enjoying the moment, Kajol was not stressed at all. However, she mentioned being very serious at that time. Following this, Kajol revealed how she became restless at her long-going wedding procedures and instructed her husband, Ajay Devgn, to hurry up.
