The love story of one of the magical power couples of Tollywood, Jr. NTR and Lakshmi starts with their destined marriage. The duo never knew each other, and were completely unaware of the other’s presence when their families arranged their wedding. Laying the ground for one of the perfect couples, Jr. NTR and Lakshmi Pranathi said forever in a traditional wedding on May 11, 2011 in Hyderabad. The couple hosted a lavish reception for their other extended guests a day later.

The initial few years of their marital bliss required a lot of adjustments from both partners. While the duo was already adjusting to the pangs of being unknown to one another, Lakshmi faced the additional task of getting adjusted to all the limelight she received once she married an actor. However, being the strong woman that she is, along with her consistently supportive husband, she was able to overcome the nervousness. In an interview, Jr. NTR had heaped praises on his wifey for adjusting to a new life and mentioned:
"During the early stages of our married life, Pranathi did struggle to adjust for a few months. But she is a very strong woman mentally, stronger than me."
As the duo grew closer and more comfortable with each other, gradually Jr. NTR realised how his wifey brought a positive impact on his life. From presenting truth bombs to handling all the work back home in perfect multi-tasking, so that Jr. NTR would not have to worry, Lakshmi did everything to support all the endeavours of her hubby. Crediting his wifey for being the biggest influence in his life, the RRR actor once mentioned:
"I really do feel special being married to this wonderful woman. She has done a lot for me and she is my anchor after my mum in my house, and that’s the other reason for me to stay at home. I am very cozy at home and I never really feel this need to go out. More importantly, she gives me these suggestions on how women of the present generation want to see lead actors."
One of the other aspects about the couple is that the duo has a massive age gap between them. Jr. NTR at the time of his wedding was 26 years old, while Lakshmi was merely 19. However, this never made any point of difference in the couple, and their love grew leaps and bounds beyond it all.

The madly-in-love couple got promoted as parents for the first time when they welcomed their first son, Abhay Ram in 2014. The couple was extremely elated with their bundle of joy, who brought a completely new, magical dimension into their lives. The family later got completed when they welcomed their second son, Bhargav Ram in 2018. The two munchkins quickly filled the life of the couple with new energy and a lot of colours.
While many do not know, much like his wifey, Jr. NTR, too, has a slight aversion to media glare in his personal life. Despite being on social media, the actor is scarcely active on it as he prefers to spend time instead with his family. The actor had once revealed that after pack-up of his shoots, he never discusses films with his family when he is home, although the couple along with their kids love to watch movies. The dashing actor also sneaks in many romantic date nights for his lady love, where the couple enjoy their private moments.
