Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's daughter, Isha Ambani got married to the man of her dreams, Anand Piramal last night on December 12, 2018. The much-awaited wedding was graced by the attendance of some of the most prominent figures of India including former Indian President, Pranab Mukherjee, and Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, among many others. As soon as the photos and videos of Isha and Anand's wedding ceremonies surfaced online, everyone went crazy. Isha looked resplendent decked up in diamond from head-to-toe and her groom, donned an ivory sherwani. Now, a new video is doing rounds on the internet, and it's from Isha and Anand's jaimala ceremony. Isha and Anand's jaimala ceremony video will remind you of a typical Indian jaimala stage filled with fun wherein the groomsmen and bridesmen would lift the couple and wouldn't let the other put on the garland on his/her better half. The earlier official statement that confirmed Isha and Anand's wedding could be read as, "We are delighted to share that the marriage of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal will take place in the residence of Shri Mukesh Ambani and Smt. Nita Ambani in Mumbai with family members and close friends on 12th December 2018. The ceremonies will be performed in accordance with Indian traditions, customs and culture.”
It further read as, " During the weekend prior to the wedding, the Ambani and Piramal families will host their friends and family in Udaipur, where they are partnering with artisans and craftsmen to integrate local culture and traditions into the festivities. A source revealed exclusively to us about the guest list of Isha and Anand’s wedding. The source stated, “Global corporate leaders, including steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal, BP group chief executive Bob Dudley, 21st Century Fox CEO James Murdoch and Diageo CEO Ivan Menezes, among others, descended on Udaipur to attend the wedding festivities of the daughter of Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), along with politicians, Bollywood stars and other prominent personalities.”
