For every couple, one of the best feelings is when they become a part of each other’s families. Bigg Boss 13’s couple, Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana are lucky in love as their respective families have accepted their partners, despite the religious differences. Earlier, Himanshi had shared how Asim shares a cordial bond with her mother and now, the singer-cum-actress celebrated the festival of Eid with her beau, Asim’s family in Jammu.

For the unversed, Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana had met each other on the reality show, Bigg Boss 13 and it was there that love had bloomed between them. Asim was seen making a heart-shaped parantha for Himanshi and going down on his one knee to propose to her. He could be seen wearing his heart on his sleeves for Himanshi. The Punjabi actress had, however, first refuted his love, it was after the show had ended that the two had started dating and had made their relationship official. Their fans fondly call them ‘Asimanshi’ and their social media PDAs go viral in no time.
This time, Asim and Himanshi fans are rejoicing as the singer celebrated the festival of Eid at her beau’s home in Jammu with his family. Yes, Asim and Himanshi celebrated Eid together in Jammu. Taking to her IG handle, Himanshi shared a video, flaunting her Eid outfit, which is a velvet suit with floral thread work on it. The video created a buzz amongst their fans as they started commenting about how she is in Asim’s house. One user wrote, “I think ye Himanshi ma'am ka sasural..lagra hai..,” another one commented, “Himanshi in in Asim’s home did you guys notice that ???” Asim too posted a picture with Himanshi and his cousin from his house to wish everyone, “Eid Mubarak…!!” Soon many pictures from their Eid celebration started flooding online and the cutest of all was the one where Himanshi was posing with her future-saasu-maa, Asim’s mother as she hugged her for a picture. Himanshi Khurana had talked about her wedding plans, long-distance relationship and Asim’s bond with her mother that makes her jealous, in a conversation with ETimes TV. Talking about how she sometimes feels jealous of the bond Asim shares with her mother, she had said, "I sometimes get jealous because my mom forgets to message me but Asim and she talk daily on messages. Asim’s niece is very fond of me and she sends me voice notes. She loves my style and keeps messaging about gowns, lehengas. She is always in touch with me."

In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, when asked what makes Asim a special one in her life, Himanshi had shared that Asim is a caring person and he takes care of not only his family but also of her family, who stays in Chandigarh. She had shared, “He has struggled hard to be where he is today. He takes time to open up and doesn’t talk much. Toh logon ko lagta hai unme attitude hai. In reality, Asim is caring, loving and supportive. If he’s ordering food for himself, he also orders food for his family in Jammu and my family in Chandigarh.”
While Asim Riaz is 27 years old, Himanshi Khurana is 29 years old and their marriage speculations are often the talk of the town, other than their breakup rumours. In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Himanshi had clarified that the decision of getting married cannot be taken in haste as their religion and communities are different. She had said, “Pehle logon ko hamare relationship pe shaq tha, ab yeh sab bol rahe hain. We’re in no hurry. We’re right now concentrating on our work and being there for each other. Hamari communities aur religion alag hain. Our families are happy for us, but a relationship needs time.”
